I've always loved the fact that Captain America is an artist in the comics, it feels just so fitting for the character that is supposed to embody ideal of freedom and fighting for it. Cause what is art after all?

what the writers tried to sell us: steve would willingly leave his two best friends and go to decade epitomes with traditional values and segregation and retire behind a white picket fence

the reality: this is very literally steve’s nightmare and he’d only be there if he’d been trapped. if he can’t figure out how to get back in the mean time captain america is on the front page of the newspaper every month for raising hell

And dear @rogersrival, it would protect your art better against cropping if you put a mark somewhere within your piece, in addition to the signature you placed at the bottom. Too much fanart is being claimed by others, as the artist's IDs are removed by cropping and other forms of erasure.

In addition, with your art clearly identified here in Tumblr, it's harder for thieves in Pinterest to claim what's yours. ♥♥♥
