Look who I found practicing rural medicine in Stardew Valley!
Why did no one tell me I’ll Believe in Anything is in Warren’s official playlist
I relistened to Red Valley and one line that caught my attention which I haven’t given much thought before is this line, said by Francesca in the first part of Clive and Let Die:
It’s a pretty cool line, considering this is featured in a mini series where Clive goes through the torture of listening to Gordon and Warren nerding it out.
But Francesca (and the rest of the Overhead staff) are missing something. The Top Trump card games and Nintendo all-nighters are the secret of hypersleep.
Warren really only recovered and got back to his “normal self” after meeting Gordon. He wanted to get better after becoming friends with him. The Top Trump games literally helped Warren heal. They were a part of his aftercare, which Bryony didn’t take into account when researching hypersleep.
I don’t believe Warren or Gordon would have survived hypersleep without each other, everytime they went to sleep, they knew someone would be waiting for them when they woke up. The secret to hypersleep.
