You know it’s time to clean your bathroom when you start to think the floor looks like a Rorschach test.

I have much sadness. I found non-dairy eggnog at the store and was very excited to try it.

I was hoping for a good eggnog that I could enjoy without consequences even if it tastes slightly different, what I got was barely spiced slightly thicker oat-milk.

And I do mean slightly as it was barely thick enough for me to notice the difference between it and regular oat-milk.

Very sad. Much disappointment.

I can't play Morrowind normally

I get lost in games that have detailed maps and quest markers. I get stuck in buildings cause they are either too dark, I can't figure out which door textured wall is an actual door, or the actual exit is hidden by something like a wall you have to walk around to find but it camouflages in to the other walls so well that you miss it entirely.

Morrowind doesn't have a detailed map or quest markers. And the modding community are either all moderate to expert navigators or don't give a shit about wandering for an hour to finish one quest because there are no mods to add quest markers either.

The only way I will be able to continue playing the game is at home with my 2 monitors, Morrowind on one screen, and the wiki+google images of exact map locations for quests on the other for the entirety of the game.

Life and Dreams of a Writer

Have you ever woke up after a dream and immediately write down the basic plot of that dream, only to lose it in your google docs until you no longer recall the direction you wanted this plot to go in?

I have... many times.

Nothing like reading a novel+ length fanfic with a pairing prone to angst and misunderstandings and finally getting to the resolution where they get their act together… only to see that you’ve only made it halfway through the fic.

Why

Sis sometimes babysits these 2 kids for a family friend, one of which has a poppy playtime plushy for some reason. Today apparently, they decided they wanted to watch Poppy Playtime and threw a tantrum when she tried to warn them not to.

Needless to say, they no longer like this toy.

Can some people not smell when something is spicy?

I was passing by one of our tenants who was making food and made a passing comment that it smelled spicy. He was mystified that I could tell and asked me how. I said that the smell burns when I breathe it in and he looked at me like that wasn't normal.

Nothing like leaving class to have a panic attack in a small bathroom stall cause you were already overstimulated and someone dropped a metal bowl on the ground very loudly.

It is 81 degrees Fahrenheit in my room right now and I am overjoyed. This is the coldest it’s been in my room all week! Maybe I’ll only need 2 ice packs to sleep tonight.
