Though seemingly with little in common, Ted’s easy-going and persisting manner was the perfect weapon to penetrate the suit of armor Andromeda had forged. She tried desperately at first to ignore the feelings that bubbled up her throat, choking them down at every avenue. But--just like the plot of every cheesy movie she snuck into the theaters to see--they were soulmates. His easiness balanced out her chronic mood swings. Her tidiness made up for his lack of any house management. Their ability to understand, console, and reinvent all created the perfect environment to start a family of their own.
