A small headcanon I have is that Bruce does cute but small things with each of his kids. It's always small but unnoticeable, but it still means a lot to him.
When Dick was Robin, him and Bruce always did a "car check" in the Batmobile. Like "weapons?" "Check." Dick always looked forward to that, and it channeled into adulthood, Damian just learned to deal with it every night.
Jason loves to read ever since he was Robin, and obviously, Bruce does, too. Because of this him and Bruce always quoted books they'd read together. Even though Jason "hates" Bruce now, they still do bookclubs and later quote those same book in a later conversation.
Everyone is aware of how Fanon!Tim loves coffee. For me, it's not that he only drinks coffee, but it's more of he just doesn't drink water. So whenever Tim actually goes to drink water, he'll try and find Bruce and drink that water in front of him. It's not that Bruce keeps track, but Tim still likes to think he does
They both love silence, and with a family, the Wayne's that's damn near impossible. So whenever Bruce is working in his office either at the manor or Wayne Enterprise, you'll without a doubt see Cass sitting on the arm of his chair, and her resting her head on his while quietly reading whatever he's working on. Occasionally, she'll give her own opinion on something.
We all know about Damian referring to Bruce like a Victorian child. For me, instead of just greeting Bruce, he'll say 'father' is a different language. He'll never say it in English, and in response, Bruce would say, 'My son' in whatever language Damian greeted him in.
