You are trying your best. It counts. Resisting temptation is a virtuous act. Don't get discouraged.
Do not write yourself off just because you messed up. Humanity is a skill to be honed. Keep trying. It takes time and practice.
Nobody is perfect at talking. Reach out to people and do not let that skill atrophy.
If you're only starting out, remember: currently the best way of checking if someone is not a robot on the internet that people came up with is the shake of the mouse, and after that selecting all the squares with bridges.
Overly avoiding ingesting life in pursuit of becoming better can lead to frenzy and drinking more than intended. Pace yourself.
You can just say no to the Beast's sordid spectacle of pain. The callous display of senseless destruction cannot enter the world through your hands without your consent.
If someone's really annoying you, slow down, count to five. Do not let the fury consume you. You are stronger than your Beast. You can move on past a slight.
Remember, it is okay to seek support. We are not meant to deal with our Beasts alone.
If you were embraced a long time ago relating to humanity may be difficult. Even alive people tend to get out of touch with youth with age, it's not embarrassing. Paying attention to the pulse of the world is a skill that can atrophy if not used. You don't need to be perfect immediately, caring is enough.
Even if you can stay up an hour after the sunrise or wake up an hour before sunset, consider how that could impact you. Are you going to be more cranky as a result the night afterwards?
You cannot get better if you do not even want to do that.
