got a much better version of bruno drawn (tho im still not totally satisfied w it) after a long creative block. last session the ran the blockade of an occupying army and blew up a munitions depot thats why they got that round black fuse lit bomb n flint + steel. btw i had to do a LOT of research to find out what grenadiers used to light their grenades with so your welcome

finally colored in li feng vs oni lord mcmahon. im learning to use colored pencils n im really enjoying the luminosity n blending of tones i can get with a lot of layering. for blending the darker areas i use paper stumps soaked in gamsol and it gets all creamy like paint. looks real impressive n easier to carry around than all my markers..

this is bruno terzić theyre a tiefling/orc blacksmith for my buddys homebrew game. bruno is an orphan, raised in institutions of the church until they were old enough to learn a trade, when they were adopted by raženka terzić, the master smith of the village. recently she was assassinated, presumably by the secret police - warforged are treated as a servant caste in this setting and raženka was an outspoken advocate for their rights. after her passing, bruno inherited her smithy , as well as her role in a shadowy organization that fights against the forces oppressing the warforged..
