I almost didnât blog this and felt guilty
Sorry these are late, but they're from a trip to Moab I did with the Girl Scouts back in July.
Pictures from a hike I took this Labor Day weekend. Reminds me why I go outside in the first place.
A chicken portrait of blue egg laying chicken.
When family/friends "tease" me about my interests
What they think they're doing: good harmless fun :)
What they're actually doing: making me more paranoid, making me ashamed of what I like, more distrustful. More likely to hide all my interests and not want to open up to anybody.
Don't ever hesitate. Reblog this. TUMBLR RULE. When you see it, REBLOG IT.
The original post only has US helplines. I've added UK helplines underneath. It would be great if people could add numbers from everywhere in the world.

Reblog for Tubbs the cat, ignore for Donald Trump
i had toÂ
Tubbs for president
My mother is a die-hard conservative Republican. When I told her I had registered to vote, she rolled her eyes at me. When I asked why, she told me that âthe worst thing for America is young, stupid liberals voting.â Liberals in the U.S. outnumber conservatives. The only reason Republicans win is because more of them vote. If you want us to win this upcoming election, get to the polls and vote, especially if youâre voting for Bernie Sanders in the primaries. Hillary has a lot more money and name recognition than Bernie does, so the primaries will be very important. Even if Bernie doesnât win the primaries, Hillary being president will be a lot better than Donald Trump or Jeb Bush running this country further into the ground. Abstaining from voting in the general election because you donât like Hillary will give the Republicans a victory on a silver platter and that is the worst thing that could happen right now.
Reblogged this twice. I donât even live in the US.
hi! when you get this ask, list five things that make you happy and then pass it on to the last ten people who reblogged from you.
Things that make me happy (in no particular order):
- Skiing
- Arriving to a campsite/hut when Iâm backpacking/hut trippingÂ
- Planning to travel to new places
- Starting/Finishing a book
- Feeling the sunshine on my face, but only when the sun is calm and not harsh.Â
Someone drew this in a bathroom at school. *whispers* "Not okay...not okay"
The first plane of Syrian refugees headed for Canada touched down in the country late Thursday, and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was on hand to welcome the arrivals. Just a few hundred had landed, but Canada is on track to accept many, many more.
A French father talking about the Paris Attacks with his son.
Iâve seen some people commenting that flower and candles canât really protect him, or us, and to those commenters Iâd just like to say:
Reminders of how good and kind and compassionate we can be strengthen us, and keep us from acting on the fear and pain we feel. They compel us to love and support each other, regardless of religion or background; and if we can love more than groups can hate, then eventually fewer and fewer people will hate with them, and the flowers and the candles will have been the strongest protection we could have had.Â
So yes, they do protect us, just not in the way youâre thinking.Â
I was looking through Flower Language meanings and I saw that grass can mean âhomosexual loveâ and now Iâm crying myself in laughter imagining some guy dumping lawn clippings onto his crushâs porch screaming âI FUCCKIN LOVE U YOU GAY PIECE OF SHITâ.
#the true reason we pull grass out and put it on our friends in the summer
