Reblogging for the Doux Azriel hairstyle. In the late 1990s (and into the early 2000s), you didn’t really have your hair in an updo unless you had two locks of hair framing your face on either side. 😅 I wore my hair like this to my eighth grade formal dance.
some 4t2 conversions from @/sforzcc’s cliff’s edge set
finally trying to share some cc i’ve been sitting on for, in this case, nearly 2 years 😭 i make it no secret that sforzcc was one of my favorite cc creators, so ofc i try my best to bring some of my favorite cc by them to the sims 2!
this includes two conversions: one of ezra jumper, tucked version (top); and mckinney ensemble, version 2 (outfit), for your male frame sims. the mckinney ensemble is paired with maxwell brogues and lou socks (both by sforzcc).
all items ym-am only
includes fat and pregmorphs
all items compressorized
swatches included in the download (also incredibly scuffed, sorry)
I finally had some inspiration for more wallpapers (probably when I saw @suratan-zir‘s beautiful creations), so here they are!
Basically I was renovating some houses for my Fair Hills hood and I needed some vintage wallpapers. I couldn’t find any that would have my ultimate favorite @poppet-sims molding, so, obviously I made some. I still have over 80 waiting to be uploaded, so prepare yourself for some more wallpapers uploads in the next few days:)
Here’s a set of 40 wallpapers, each with Poppet’s ceiling-friendly moulding. Not all of them are that “old looking”, there are some nice floral ones as well. Each wallpaper costs 2 simoleons and you can find it in Wallpapers category in your game.
As always, I’ve added a slight “wall texture” to them, so they don’t look like “pasted photos”, files are also compressed, I included a preview and a pretty big photo of a swatch with each pattern numbered, so you can easily get rid of those that don’t suit your preference (because there are 40 of them :O). The filesize might seem quite big, but it’s only because of the size of the swatch (so the patterns are visible and of course you can delete it once you don’t need it), walls themselves have a “regular custom wallpaper” size:)
Enjoy and let me know if you like them!

Hi all! As promised, another set of wallpapers:) (I’m on a streak :O)
Here’s a set of 40 wallpapers, again, kind of retro, each with Poppet’s ceiling-friendly moulding. Each costs 2 simoleons and you can find it in Wallpapers category in your game. As with the set from yesterday, not all of these are vintage’y, there are some floral ones that are more versatile I guess :D
And again, files are compressed, there’s a big swatch and a preview included in the file.
Enjoy them! :)

Floral wallpapers predate the 1980s or 1990s, but they were popular in lots of homes during both decades. This is a great set to help you create older style homes!
Lots of new retro electronics that fits quite nicely with the early 2000s Sims 2 content. Here are 6 items from the Cuckoo's Retro Vibes set. The console was a real challenge to convert, but I think I got it right 🎮 ✨
You can find the original Sims 4 set here, by Cuckoo. A collection file is included in the download for convenience. It’s also low poly and basegame compatible (plus a FT+ version for the computer).
Full object list and extra previews are waiting under the cut ↓
A few things to add ! The Computer comes in 2 versions, one that's basegame to pre-FreeTime, and one for FreeTime and up. ⚠️ You can't have both in your game!
(I'm sorry for people using the Monique hack. I don't, so I have no idea how to make you guys a version of it.)
There's 2 versions of the Simtendo, a deco version and a functioning one. You can have both in game at the same time ! 🕹️ The one shown in the pictures above is the deco version. The functioning one looks identical, just without the controller wire.
I also added a few SNES cartridge recolors of games I had in my youth. Feel free to request some if you like 👾
The functioning Simtendo is cloned from the Minty Jinx console by Jacky93Sims because I was getting nowhere with the Maxis one 😭
You need at least one copy of LordCrump’s Shadow Files for the shadows to work in your game; I have included a copy in the zip, as always!

This set has both '80s and '90s appropriate items, including a Simtendo (similar to a Super Nintendo), older TV, SNES game recolors, boombox, computer, and more. What a great find. I snagged this set for my own game as well.
it’s time for the laziest upload ever (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
i made these recolors months ago (and even shared one of them with ingmar when i uploaded the rainbow sims) but i’m currently sorting my downloads and thought i’d upload them properly in case i lose the files. because i tend to do that.
am only, categorized as everyday and outerwear, compressed.
This bedroom set includes a tape, VHS rack, CD rack, and decorative TV that will work well for your '90s homes. @2fingerswhiskey has a functional version of the TV here. Grab that Blockbuster rental and let your sims chillax in this spot.
I'll tag this as both furniture and decorative since I have a separate link to the TV already in the 90s Electronics tag on this blog.
I've been hesitant about sharing this as it's a bit fiddly to use. But this default has made my co-existence with community phones a lot more painless, so maybe it'll help some fellow simmer who doesn't mind using cheats.
This default removes the cover and the stand of the community phone completely, leaving only the phone box (previewed on the middle). Handy for placing it against a wall.
The fiddly part is:
You'll need cheats to use this default efficiently. It's easiest to place the phone against a wall with moveobjects + quarter tile placement on. The box will sink into the wall a bit, but won't show from the other side and is still fully usable.
And you can only move the phone from its handle. It's annoying but afaik can't be fixed as editing the bounding mesh of this thing crashes the game.
Since not all community lots have walls to attach the phone to, I made a custom version of CrabOfDoom's community phone booth (previewed on the right) that can be used together with this default. It's repositioned to the in-game community phone booth and will pull any recolors you have for it. For the variety, I also added a recolor that has the stand only (previewed on the left).
More fiddliness: you'll first need to place the booth and only after that move the phone at its place.
Download (SFS) (alternate) - files are compressed. The booth is located under Electronic / Misc for free.
I recommend using this default together with this edit by @dramallamadingdang which removes the phone booth from the neighborhood view. The texture default shown in the preview is this pretty one by @shastakiss.
Credit to @hugelunatic whose community phone default was the inspiration and base for this one!
Update (30.6.2026): The bounding mesh now properly covers the whole phone so you can grab it and click it from anywhere, not just from the handle.
Another community lot phone default replacement! This is much more realistic than the giant blue phone that comes with the game, and is one of a few different community lot default replacement phones have reblogged here, like this one by HugeLunatic. The defaults look much closer to a pay phone, and will add realism to your ‘80s and ‘90s neighborhoods.
I'm really surprised that this top named SP17 Jacket Collared from ts4 stuff pack Nifty Knitting isn't converted yet. And because I need for my game new clothes for boys... I decided to convert this lovely jacket ❤️ I hope you like it too ❤️

Budget Builds Moneywell Computers by @2fingerswhiskey
This is a nifty set I’ve used in my game for a few years. 2FW created a ‘90s computer set that allows you to mix and match monitors, keyboards, mousepads, etc. to create a variety of unique desktop computer setups for your sims.
Perfect for your sim’s computer room on an oak corner desk.
A frankensteined version of the Moneywell Computer. The main object includes the screen, speakers, keyboard and mouse and it is functional. The case is a separate object and decorative (use cheats to place it under desks). Both objects can be found in the Electronics / TV and Computers catalogue.
Known issues and differences
Sims will play the insert CD animation in the monitor when playing games. I didn't like that so I removed the CD. The animation will still play, but without the CD. Edit to clarify: in this computer.
When the computer breaks, sims will look as though they are repairing the monitor. This doesn't bother me, as broken monitors can sometimes smoke and spark (speaking from personal experience). Sims will turn the screen around when repairing it, their arms might clip through the speakers a bit when doing so.
This is not cloned from Monique's hacked PC as I don't use it. Feel free to make a clone that works with that mod.
tvickiesims asked for some fridges last year and i just never uploaded them because... well, because. And then lordcrumps got this ask and now here we are!
let me know if any issues. Make sure you have the 4t2 shadow file from lordcrumps.com
Linda Evangelista is a model who reached the height of her popularity during the late ‘80s into the ‘90s. Reblogging in case you’d like to have her sim version in the game.
