Heya! I'm Ross! I'm a 26 year old transgender scientist and paleontologist in sinnoh! I speak a few different languages as well! I use any pronouns including neos but prefer he/it!

Here's a bit about my team!

Tipsy is the second most recent addition to my team, she was gifted to me by a close friend! She loooovvveeesss scritches under her chin and frozen treats! She's a GHI Mojave Ball Arbok!

Vodka came from a fossil I restored! He's technically not "my pokemon" but he's under my care as me and my team study him! He's clumsy and keeps stealing shiny objects and hoarding them under his bed

Rum was given to me by a trainer who thought they weren't going to be able to care for her! She's very Fiesty and loud, if she wants something she'll let you know

Tequila was a stray I adopted, I assume they were abandoned by a trainer that didn't want them after restoring them! Their very very shy and stay in their shell or pokeball more often they not!

Crayons was my "starter" I befriended him when he was just a gastly and I was just a kid, he's quite the prankster but he's also a HUGE snuggler will climb right up into your lap if you'll let him!

And last but not least Grimm! I adopted this precious little furfrou from @vastplains-pkmnranch he's so very silly and has alot of energy, I have yet to take him out with me, but I'm excited to let him run!

Introducing the Union Circle!

Ever wanted your character to visit another person's character, but they're in separate universes? This is for you!

Union Circle functions similarly to Pelipper Mail, Mystery Gift, and Magic Anons. It's a setting you can have on your blog to be enabled or disabled.

If enabled, people can send your character a "Union Request". If your character accepts the Union Request, then the character who sent the request will temporarily appear in your character's universe. More than two people can participate in a Union Circle, too!

It's important that all involved parties must agree to a Union Circle before it forms. If any party does not agree to the Union Request, the Union Circle will not occur.

Too much for you? There's also Union Rooms! These are a lot like Union Circles, but confined to a single room. People can enter these rooms to interact with characters from other universes! Once they leave the Union Room, though, they will return to their home universe.

Union Circle can be enabled or disabled at any time by the blogrunner.

If the existence of Union Circle might break your plots, don't worry, I have a solution!

Sometimes, Union Circle can't connect to certain universes. The in-universe reasoning can vary, from divine interference, to tumblr being weird and glitchy, to stress on the servers, and anything else you can think of! Think of this sorta like the "Divine Censorship" certain blogs employ to prevent characters from being spoiled on future events.

Since its that time of month where Halloween costumes are starting to go up for sale and people are probably starting to plan theirs, I have a small message.

Please do not force your pokemon into a costume if they show they're uncomfortable with it. Having matching costumes is a cute concept, but if your 'mon gives you signals that it doesn't like wearing clothing or accessories (behavior such as trying to force the costume off, destroying it, hissing/growling/swatting etc) please respect their boundaries and opt for something like a festive themed collar, pokeball stickers, bandanas, or other themed versions of things they're comfortable with already.

Having some spooky fun should be fun for both you and your pokemon, not just for you.
