The audiobook, audio recordings, and commentary all have their properties programmed so they (should) work just like songs with a track number, album cover, artist, and so on if you download them.
There are two audios of the movie, one is the entire film untouched and one is that same audio cut up and broken down into separate scenes for convenience.
Additionally, there are two versions of the transcript, one with time stamps that match the audio and one without. The time stamps (+ their titles from the audio) are outlined in that version, so if you double-click on that tab or click "show outline," they'll all show up and you can pick a specific scene.
The first few seconds of the commentary are missing unfortunately as my US friend who was kind enough to record it for me had some technical difficulties at the start, but the commentary starts around the shot of the robot arms right before the shot of "good luck!" written on Grace's sleeping bag. It's also about 40-45-ish seconds behind the audio recording if you can only listen.
There's also a google doc with some instructions to follow if any of the files aren't working, which usually happens when too many people try to access or download something at the same time.
As always, if anything's not working right, you notice any mistakes in the transcript, or any of the audios are cut wrong, please let me know and I'll fix it as soon as I can!
Can anyone suggest a brand or what keywords I'm supposed to use to find binders to hold posters, postcards photo cards, etc?
I buy a lot of con artist alley prints and I'd like to store them in the safest but easily viewable format, and when I look up print binders I only find art portfolio binders, or something similar that only has a couple pages.
I'd prefer something without binder rings to avoid damaging the prints!

Hello tumblr! The state of the world is very dire right now, but I did make an absolutely kickass, personal-best chicken tortilla soup this weekend, an improv whatever-I-had-on-hand soup I was so happy with that I actually took the time to write it up as a recipe for future use. This came together very quickly and required little effort beyond chopping an onion and some greens, and it tastes fucking amazing. Here it is, if you would like it.
Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients:
For the soup:
1 medium onion, chopped or thinly sliced
2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
2 chipotle chilies in adobo, finely diced, + 1-2 TB of the adobo sauce from the can (or to taste)
2 large garlic cloves, minced or crushed
6 cups chicken broth
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
Chili powder to taste (start with approx 1/2 tsp)
Adobo seasoning to taste (if you have it lying around), or 1/2 tsp cumin
Cayenne powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
2-3 cooked chicken thighs or half a cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
5-6 oz baby spinach, finally chopped
To serve:
Lime juice
Sliced avocados tossed in lime juice and sprinkled with salt
Shredded monterey jack cheese (or a blend of monterey jack and cheddar)
Tortilla chips, lightly crushed (use Fritos!)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients through the seasonings (do not add the spinach, cilantro, or cooked chicken yet). Simmer for 15 minutes or until the onions are soft. As the soup simmers, adjust seasonings to taste.
Add the chopped baby spinach and stir to incorporate; simmer 3-5 minutes or until the spinach is fully wilted and soft.
Added the chopped cilantro and the chicken. Simmer 1-2 more minutes until the cilantro is wilted and the chicken is heated through. Adjust seasonings.
Serve with a splash of lime juice in each bowl, salted avocado slices on the side, and top with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
Notes:
if you only have uncooked chicken, you can dice it and add it to the soup in step one. (Breast meat cooks much, much faster than thigh meat, so if using breast meat, hold until near the end of the initial simmer, or even add it with the spinach.) You can also sauté or grill the chicken while the soup is cooking to add it in at the end, but tbh it’s not going to make much of a difference how the chicken comes out in terms of either flavor or texture, since it’s going into soup anyway, and it’s more work and another pan to wash. I’d just chuck in in there raw and cook it in the broth.
I note that spinach is not a super common ingredient in tortilla soup, but trust me, if you chop it finely enough, you’ll barely notice it’s there, and you’ve just upped the vegetable content of the soup and gotten some leafy greens into your meal for free!
You may note I didn’t say to drain the corn or beans - you can if you want to; the bean liquid in particular will add extra starch and cloudiness to the broth. I rarely bother, and in this case, I was counting on the extra liquid (and seasoning) from the cans to round out the broth. YMMV.
You can wing the tomatoes a little. I used two cups because that’s what I had in my freezer, and it meant I didn’t have to open a whole 24 oz can of San Marzanos, use part of it, and then freeze the remainder of that, lol. You could sub in fresh, although I’d peel them first, and possibly supplement with some tomato paste unless they’re very good fresh tomatoes. Or heck, just use tomato paste if it’s all you’ve got—I’d do mmmaybe 4 TB tomato paste and consider sautéing it in a little bit of oil until it caramelizes, before you whisk in the chicken broth etc. And also add 1 1/2-2 more cups of liquid, to make up for what you’re not getting from the fresh or canned tomatoes! (Either water or broth would probably be fine.)
If you have a whole can of chipotles in adobo sauce, even a little one, resist the urge to dump it all in in the name of thrift (unless you are like a chipotle megafreak and do actually want a soup that tastes only of chipotle). A little goes a looooong way and you can freeze whatever you don’t use, for future use.

Well let me try to explain it to you because I spent WAY too long digging through wikis to find answers.
There shouldn't be spoilers but if you want to wait till after you finish the main quest I understand.
First you will need to find all the Nymphs on a map. There are about twenty per map.

Once you've found all of them you'll need to speak to the garmentmaker she'll give you rewards for finding the nymphs and she'll tell you a prophecy.
This actually starts a hidden puzzle on the map. If you complete the puzzle you'll get another chest AND an achievement from the chirping set. It DOES NOT put a quest in your journal.

Once you've gotten the achievement you need to go BACK to the garmentmaker and talk to her again. She will finish the prophecy and give you a prophecy slab.
You'll take these slabs to the garmentmaker in the new map (The Eternal Page) AFTER you finish the main quest up to patch 3.7, it's not available before then. It is below the Astral Express and above The Dawn maps in the map selection menu.
You'll give her the slabs and she'll exchange them for golden apples called "Fruit of Time". You can then give these fruits as presents to the characters and they'll give you new decorations for your room in exchange.

So I saw this poll going around on how you would do if you're dumped in the last video game you played.
Which for me is Honkai Star Rail.
Which unfortunately for that poll is a big IT DEPENDS, which isn't an answer I can click.
You swing wildly between oh yeah if you're a random citizen of a random planet just like real life you could be doing just fine or you could be like Aventurine and Topaz and grow up on a dying planet.
So if I don't get isekai'ed into the Trailblazer and have plot armor. I pretty much have three paths I'd approach to living is HSR.
Approach A. Live under capitalism 2.0 and join the IPC and just hope I don't become cannon fodder and wait out till I hopefully eventually cross paths with the Express and have my resignation prepared and ready to jump ship and join the express.
Approach B. If I cross paths with Argenti, because he also has odd plot armor and is respected by most, ask if I can be his squire and just put all bets on Idrilla.
Approach C. If I SOMEHOW meet the Express early in my new universal travels immediately ask to join and tell Welt the situation, considering he is a world hopper too, and then hang out on the Express (probably replace Hush as bar tender) hoping to get sent back in due time, or just live off express benefits.
Each of these paths for the most part would increase my life expectancy and quality so with the context I'd click I am hesitantly doing decently.
Every once in awhile when the mood strikes me to descend back into DC fandom, I always find myself reading BatFam fics. Mix in that the family are weird Eldritch horrors or pretending to be , and that's the good stuff. But I love seeing everyone's OCs, and seeing costume design, and backgrounds. So I thought I'd introduce y'all to my three go to Gotham / Bat fam OCs when I play with the DC dolls.

I also love a good Justice League fic.
This OC is another universe's Bruce Wayne that is Brucie. He never had that mental transition to Batman that most do. As shown by some of the Justice League episodes and Batman Beyond ones. Batman is the person Bruce Wayne is the mask.
He accidentally crossed over into Batman's universe and immediately went to their house because it's the smartest thing to do. This occurs prior in the timeline to the Justice League and when dimension hopping is common enough they know how to send people back.
So after the meet up and general attempts to send Brucie back the two just roll with it, and use the convenient body double for Brucie to just become Bruce Wayne full time and Batman's tech assist at night, and for Batman to become the full time job of that universe's OG Bruce. This improves both of their mental health surprisingly because they both actually get sleep this way.
Occasionally Brucie subs in for Batman if the other is injured, but Brucie leans more into the theme of being a shadowed spectre. In his own world after his parents died the agony of the occurrence warped something in the magic around Gotham plus when he falls into the pit at a young age that causes his bat fear it accumulates into Brucie's psyche merging with the the sentient magical being that is Gotham. Too much death and magic has occurred in the city that gives it a consciousness that is not set in a linear timeline. So it's aware he'll grow up to be it's protector and so it fuses to him during his most vulnerable state to bind him to it. So Brucie can vaguely sense everything that goes on in the city and has become more magically inclined than most Batmen.
Later Brucie and Batman become so in tune with each other they often act like twins. And each new person added to the BatFam is hazed by the priors in that they won't tell them that Brucie and Batman are separate people, since the public is obviously not aware there are two of them, and see how long it takes them to find out.
Due to almost being the same person even if one of the two interact with someone that was interacting with the other they can usually guess almost perfectly what the other said and would want done without consulting each other.
Once people find out there are two of them most of them assume that they are twins and never ask. Both being suspicious people down to their bones feel no need to explain otherwise.
Once dimensional travel became easier to do. Batman asked Brucie if he wanted to return, and Brucie just snickered and grasped his shoulder and said someone has to watch Batman's back and who better than us?
I think Batman benefits highly from having a sibling who can connect emotionally with him without having to explain the gory details.

The next one is a Joker spawn. Created during the Young Justice days but he delights me so I revisit him frequently.
Obviously the natural conclusion since Connor exists.
What if they made a clone that was the son of the Joker and Batman?
Usually he's called The Jackal (though I think this name is already taken in canon I've just never fact checked.) in my head.
But Batman obviously could see where these experiments were leading when they found Connor and dug in and found his own son/clone.
But unlike half his wayward proteges this one has no interest in fighting crime or committing it. They are just on SO MUCH medication to fight the weird chemical madness from one parent and the brain that can work 90 miles an hour from sun up to sun down and never lets him forget ANYTHING.
I think it's very funny for the Bat Fam member with the most messed up parentage to be the most normal. Except when he goes unhinged.
Batman easily extracts him after determining him to not be a threat just sets him up to have a good life, and does regular checks to make sure his medication is still working to keep him sane. Think that one villain in Teen Titan that has to be kept comatose because when he's asleep he's just a normal boy and when he's awake he turns into this terrible villain. Batman of course never tells anyone this kid exists because it'd put him in danger.
But Amanda Walker tracks him down and keeps him locked up for observation without giving him his medication, and Jackal talks the guards into committing suicide before breaking out. Very good at being conniving just like his dad... haha
Very sociopath coded.

The last one is more Batman Beyond / the first female robin (the red head when Batman is old and fight the mutants in a mecha outfit). At the end of those two movies Batman essentially starts a cult and my OC for that one is the leader of that Cult, and just the fun thoughts about how that cult runs and the hierarchies, and Batman finally having people under him like a military organization that's devout instead of a family, because that was the problem red hood said he had is that he had a hard time treating them like equal team mates because he was also trying to protect them as family.
So here's a character that is ONLY treated as a subordinate who has that tinge of fanatical worship and they help work with Terry when he takes on the reigns. Because after Alfred passed and Batman retired for good the cult leader because the new Alfred and helped him out around the manor and then took on a subordinate role to Terry once he becomes the Beyond Knight.
Plus I love a good Terry goes back to the past to meet the Bat Fam during their Prime. So our Alfred 2.0 tags along too in these musings.
