Running away from Saul, and in the cave he would have chosen to be depressed, I mean his life was in danger, he was on death row, and one thing we need to realize was that he was not in a good emotional state, but he knew something that we sometimes forget, that there is a God that is bigger than his situation ... And as it was for Jacob in the cave that later became Bethal, where God spoke to him in a dream, I believe that there is nothing better to do than praise God in the cave, for that is where your breakthrough will come from.
