Payment:
Prices/payment are in USD/ $. Payment to be made in full, before any work is done. Layaway can be arranged if necessary for commissions. Contact me to create a plan. I occasionally accept trades.

Processing:
I will provide you with progress pictures! Please note that progress pictures may look rough at the beginning as it is not finished work.
I will not copy another artist's work. You are more than welcome to provide images of work you like but please note that it will not look exactly the same! I can give you a similar look as I interpret and translate it in to my style.
Changes can be difficult to make and often lead to needing to redo the entire face-up. Asking for a drastic change when the face-up is near complete will result in a charge of a second face-up as you are basically receiving two face-up's! You are more than welcome to ask for details to be added. If extensive additions are added there will be additional charges accordingly.
Please send examples of exactly what you would like for custom faces. Images of other faceups, drawings and detailed descriptions are encouraged! If it is artists choice, feel free to provide a general look. For example, natural, goth, colorful. I will provide a look in the category as I see fit.
Be VERY clear with mods, as many mods are permanent and cannot be changed. Please provide images to show examples of what eye, mouth, ear shape and length you would like! The more examples you send, the easier it will be for me to fulfill your requests!
Shipping:
If a doll arrives with undisclosed stains or previous face-up has stained the doll, a fee will be charged to remove the stains. If you do not want stain removal and would like me to work over the stains with or without attempt to hide them, please understand that the stain may limit the face-up or effect the final appearance of your doll. Removal of stains is generally recommended.
Please package your doll appropriately!! I will use the same materials to send it back to you! Use a strong box and plenty of bubble wrap/cushioning. I am not liable for any damages caused by poorly packaged dolls! Dolls will be sent back in the same packaging they are sent to me in. If I feel this packaging isn’t adequate or safe, I will use additional packaging. If large amounts of packaging are needed (New box, heavy need for additional bubble wrap, etc), I will charge accordingly for the materials.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to and from, as well as any additional insurance, signature or special delivery services you wish to add. I will not return a package without tracking and will be required of the buyer at an additional fee if not already part of your choice of shipping method.
International Customers: Custom fees, if applicable, both to and from, must be paid in full by the sender. I can not pick the doll up from the post office without paying any due customs. I will provide proof of fees with images of the customs letter or e-receipt. Higher value packages are more likely to receive fees.

For custom faceups: Generally custom faceups will fall in the base range, but very complex requests may require an additional charge.
Faceup Deal: An additional matching sleeping head/faceplate(s) will receive a $10 discount.
Example: $30 custom Littlefee faceup + $20 for matching sleeping faceplate.

Faceup removal is only charged if I have to remove a faceup that has been done by a previous artist, not the factory paint for vinyl dolls.
