How many calories can hula hooping burn?
How many times have you heard that how many calories you can burn with hula hooping? We are curious about that so we did a test. The results were very interesting.
Also we did another test with a weighted hula hoop (25mm) vs a dance hoop (20mm).

Finally PlatinumHoops are ready for your events. It took longer for them to put everything together than they thought. Had many skype meetings between Sydney to Melbourne, getting all the costumes ready, building the website and making the show reel video and more. It has been truly a fantastic time working with lots of amazing people and they have got a great team too. PlatinumHoops are very confident about what they do and promise to bring a great show to your events!

The Hoop Journey and The Hooping Life Screening Coming to Melbourne
We are thrilled that there is going to be one exciting big weekend next month on the 6 and the 7 in Melbourne. Deanne Love and BunnyHoopStar from Sydney are teaching at The Hoop Journey on that weekend. Last one in Sydney was truly successful and we are working hard to make this one better than the last one. This is definitely an opportunity for you to learn from the two amazing teachers very closely and get to spend time together for two days. Is this event for you? Here is the checklists. Also don't forget that we will be screening "The Hooping Life" which is the FIRST AUSTRALIAN SCREENING. How exciting!! Currently this project is on Pozible, which you can purchase the tickets in advance. The ticket price at the door will be $15/ per person.
