Please consider reblogging this/other positivity posts for schizophrenic/psychotic people every once in a while. If you have more than 100 followers, odds are that a couple of them experiences psychosis and that they rarely see positivity posts for people with their symptoms.

addicts deserve love, respect, and to be treated like human beings. addiction is hard to live with, and recovery can be difficult, but i believe in you. things will get better one day, and you won't have to rely on your addiction to feel good.

everybody has bad days. it's okay to feel depressed, angry, or emotional. you don't need to have a reason. sometimes you just feel bad, and that's okay. you aren't undeserving of comfort or care for not having a definable reason for your emotions. you deserve to have your feelings heard and respected, even if they don't make sense. bad days and bad feelings will eventually pass. you got this!
