Approach: 📍 R - Repetition: Every time you do the work, you rewire your brain. 📍 E - Engagement: Don’t just go through the motions. Be intentional. 📍 A - Appropriate Challenge: Keep it manageable. Don’t climb Everest after a 24-hour shift. 📍 C - Cue It Up: Attach new habits to things you already do (like the rig check). 📍 H - Healthy Foundation: Sleep, movement, and real food are your "turnout gear" for life.
