So this is the guy who was caught filming girls showering in NUS. Even though he was a naval diver and he is hot & cute, he can’t escape the fact that he has committed a crime and he is being condemned by the victims and many other people.
How I wish someone could film him showering or film him masturbating, and then release the clips for everyone to see. This would make him very humiliated, make the victims very satisfied, and make the rest of us very happy…

有三面向同步建議
1. 排汗(重中之重):
結束的當下,若睡的著就先休息,若睡不著,最好的方法就是先去排汗,逼汗可以舒解壓力,最好的排汗方法就是去健身房的烤箱,去把汗逼出來,至少在裡面累積待15分鐘以上,要汗流如下雨,若撐不了,可以分次,先出來沖涼休息一下再進去,(逼汗時心跳會很快,很容易昏厥要特別注意,最好旁邊有人在),而且同時要多喝白開水,這時出來的汗是極髒的,要快沖掉,若是用毛巾擦過就要換或洗掉,這樣的排汗至少要連續3天或一週內最好要3次以上,做個二週,若沒有烤箱,可以健走/踩滑步器材/小跑步一下,不要太用力的運動,因肌肉還是緊的,易受傷,但就是要流汗,並多喝好水,有時做舒展拉筋也是不錯的.
2. 飲食:
結束的當下, 一定要吃東西,除了排汗外, 飲食也相當重要,不要吃油炸及太油太甜的食品,強烈建議吃”烤地瓜/綠豆湯/香蕉/水果等… , 喝綠茶(用泡的)/ 檸檬水,尤其檸檬水,去買幾顆檸檬,洗淨後,直接削皮,綠皮及白肉都要留著,一顆直接沖泡熱水(800~1000cc),沒錯,泡熱水,然後等稍温涼後大口喝, 自己沖檸檬水是最有用的,但不要空腹喝,而且喝完後要用白開水潄口,因檸檬水會侵蝕牙齒,(不要用牙刷). 重點是地瓜/綠豆湯/檸檬水/綠茶及水果.(西瓜/鳳梨), 前幾天多吃青菜/水果/喝雞湯..
3. 休息:
結束後若能睡儘量睡,若睡不下,如建議的先去排汗,逼完汗之後一定會很累,對, 就是要這樣,用汗把那些逼出來,你就會感覺很累很想睡,這時一定要喝水吃東西然後去睡,能睡儘量睡,入睡時,其實體温都是高的,一定會流汗,醒後就要去稍微洗澡沖掉,衣服/枕頭套都要立即換掉,不要省,因為前幾天的汗仍是髒的毒的,不要怕麻煩,至少前2~3天有流汗就要一直換,
最後,奉勸各位,能戒就戒,以上只能減輕並儘早恢復體力,但看不到的隱形病痛是看不到的,那些都是會累積的逃不掉的,直到你身體爆發….. 切記~!
