hey y'all, it's brazilian independence day today.

as some of you know, i've been going through a really bad flare up lately, leaving me in constant pain most of the time. That, alongside an unusual drought in commissions these past few weeks (plus the stuff we were already dealing with, like the vet bills from my dog dying, the leaky water pipe and my mom's meds) left us in a really dire financial situation. The house bills (electricity water and rent) are due this week, but we literally have no money left to pay any of them.

Just had to pay 500 reais to get my bike towed. I still don't know how much it will be to get the engine fixed. I also dropped my phone in the water since I had to take a picture of the license plate in the middle of a storm for the tow truck, so that's another thing I'm gonna have to pay for.
