Just wanna make sure I have this right.
The show has made women the "main Characters" because apparantly the title "The Princess and the Queen" wasn't obvious enough.
And they've made the show more "feminist"
Rhaenyra Targaryen - Is shown wanting power despite not having any talent, skill, patience or competence for ruling. Here, she knowingly and willingly marries a gay dude, purposely has obvious bastards (not because she loved Harwin but because he was 'pleasure she looked for elsewhere' and despite that was 'droll tragedy'), uses and dumps men as she pleases (I'd love for someone to call Criston an 'bitter Incel' if only the roles were reversed and it was a woman sacrficing her vows to be with a man only for said man to mock her for wanting to marry him. Equality who?), is so smart that she can show Daemon up and mock him everytime and yet needs to run to him for anything and everything, talks about duty to keep the Realm together while having made every bad decision possible, cries about how every man has failed her while in every scene she's a girlboss who clearly needs no man and talks them down. What a great Queen she'll make truly!
Alicent Hightower - Victim. That's it. That's her whole personality. Apparantly a female character having agency, wits and ambitions is just not possible . They're just sad little puppies that evil men abuse continuously.
Rhaenys Targaryen - Whines about how bad men are while showing just what a bad ruler she herself would be (Civilians don't matter, my cool entrance does), Gives hypocritical lectures to a woman about serving old men while she tried to get her 12 year old daughter married off to said old man literally like 7 episodes ago, doesn't do shit for her grand daughters or give advice or show respect to the Queen she's serving and is just there to give haughty looks to men all while conforming to their decisions without question. Great!
Laena Velaryon - Burns herself alive for "agency" cause fuck how my parents or my kids might feel about that. Also, apparently burning alive is a dragon rider's death meaning everyone Daenerys burnt in King's Landing were recieving great honorable deaths that I should have been cheering for right?
Helaena Targaryen - Is weird. That's her entire personality.
Baela and Rhaena Targaryen - Exist to get ignored by Matt Daemon. Their small bare minimum personality traits are standing beside other characters and giving looks.
Mysaria - I have no idea what she's supposed to be. The only thing I can focus on is her horrible accent.
I need someone to show me how the show made any of these women more 'Feminist'
