This is what masters week was like for me two years ago... Was such a painful time for me in every capacity. So much work has gone into rehab and trying to get healthy and strong again. The things we take for granted all the time. We are all guilty of it, it's human nature I suppose. One reason I tweet "mornin" almost every day, it's as much to announce to you that #jaysgolf is still here as it is to remind me of the fact. This is my own creation.... Key is to rotate the arm to palm up to get the best flex possible. Again, it isolates the back on either side of the spine.
