January: applicant accepts job offer and commits to report for work first week of march February: requests for consideration to delay his reporting date by one month to complete his work turnover and processing of pre-employment requirements. company asks first for additional updates on pre-employment requirements status, but receives no reply. applicant can't be reached via mobile phone despite trying to contact him at different times of the day and on different days. April: Emails that he will be reporting for work in two days ---- No communication for a month and you expect to still be hired?
