daichi: worldstar money - joji. the vibe of the song sets him off a little, makes him think. i don't see daichi as someone who cries easily, but if he's sad already and this song starts playing, there are going to be a few tears on his face.
sugawara: heather - conan gray. i mean, come on, it fits. although he is always sweet and supportive, a big part of him wished to be where kageyama is now. he misses being on the game the whole time.
asahi: feelings are fatal - mxmtoon. reminds him of how fragile he can be sometimes, how hard it is to open up. this songs broke his heart a little when he heard it for the first time.
nishinoya: electric love - bĆørns. ok, technically, it's not a sad song. but it's a romantic song, and this boy is touch starved, it reminds him of the things he wishes he had. (i headcannon he also cries listening to moulin rouge songs)
tanaka: falling - trevor daniel. reminds him of kiyoko lmao. another one who is definitely touch starved. he only cries when he is like really sad though, i don't see him as a crier either. and even when he cries, he thinks about kiyoko. (he once cried listening to god is a woman too lmao)
kageyama: listen before i go - billie eilish. he doesn't cry, but it makes him feel heavy. he's not a person who listens to a lot of music, but one day he heard this one on the radio and it kinda put him in the feels.
hinata: i'll be good - jaymes young. reminds him of his journey a little bit, the way he always needs to be better. sometimes makes him doubt himself, like he isn't improving as much as he should.
tsukishima: train wreck - james arthur. he's big on music so it had to be a song that is a masterpiece to him to make him at least drop a tear. not a crier either, he just shoves his feeligs down his throat, and sometimes makes him feel stuck, makes it hard to breathe.
yamaguchi: mr loverman - ricky montgomery. also someone who cries because it reminds him of something he whishes he had. it's also his favorite song. and he watched banana fish don't @ me.
