Of course, Yume didn’t notice what he did--she didn’t even notice that he turned his eyes away from her for a moment--and she smiled amiably, showing her true intention of getting along with the other. “But we already know each other’s name, right? Not through proper introduction, though. But that makes us as friends, yes? Anyway, it’s very nice to meet you, Gale!” Their way of meeting was indeed strange, however they’re still friends regardless of that, and Yume believes they could get along too.
“Hmm... it’s indeed a problem... Yume also thinks so... But Yume doesn’t think it’s a great time to talk with doctor about this, maybe later when Yume remembers since when Yume talks this way and how...” Actually, her friends were okay with her strange way of speaking, but other people didn’t seem to feel the same way. Perhaps, it’s a good occasion to know what’s wrong with her and probably she would remember the cause as well.
Yume laughed apologetically. “Sorry, Yume got that a lot, but Yume can’t really help it...” And Yume doesn’t know why her personality is like this, either. She doesn’t know anything about herself. “Maybe, next time he might want to join when Yume is less annoying!” She didn’t feel hurt at all with his blunt words, though. Rather, she took that as a constructive critics.
“M-Milk?” She blinked few times in wonder. “Is that all you want for your birthday? Not something else that would last for long time, maybe?” She tried to give a suggestion, but seems like he doesn’t want to change his mind. As she walked along with his pace, she nodded few times to give a sign that she understood. “Very well, then! Let’s buy some milks for you! It’ll be Yume’s treat!”
