Pizza usually works for me as well, idk why (you can also just let it cool off and then eat it cold if you preffer)

Lots of Ramen / Udon dishes out there that can easily be serves cold

Salad (not just lettuce, but you can also make fruit salad, tomato/cucumber salad, pasta salad, quinoa / cous cous salad)

In Germany we have this thing called Flammluchen (flame-cake) which is a bit like pizza but with a different dough and you put cream instead of tomato sauce. Typically gets topped with onions and bacon bits but you get creative
