So I was rewatching s6 cause im bored and have no life and damn, Marinette is SUFFERING this season.

Like ofc you have the usual suspects of her secret identity and the burden if responsibility, the lie she's keeping etc.

And I get that she chose to lie BUT I ALSO SEE WHY SHE DID IT. And she's 14 bro she's allowed to make mistakes.

AND THEN you also have the trauma of seeing 2 ppl die (Nathalie and Gabriel), one of them borderline taking their own life, AND her grandfather who she met like a year ago dying and it's like, how much suffering is needed atp.

Idk if this is a hot take but I fucking HATE Master Fu. Like I get it, he was the guardian of the miraculous, he thought Adrien and Marinette would be good picks, everyone makes mistakes yada yada yada.

This man gave the miraculous, jewels that require a lot of responsibility and house great burden TO CHILDREN, which he should know is not the best idea, CAUSE HE WAS A RECKLESS CHILD HIMSELF.

He barely taught Marinette shit and leaving her with this burden of being the guardian, AND COMPLETELY NEGLECTED CHAT NOIR. THEY ARE PARTNERS, ONE WAS NOT TO SUPERIOR TO THE OTHER.

And what did that lead to? Ladybug being stressed asf and Chat Noir feeling useless and left out ALONG WITH THE FACT THE WHOLE WORLD RESTS ON THEIR 14 YR OLD ASSES. I WAS WORRYING ABT MY GCSES AT 14 NOT WHETHER SOME FUCKASS BUTTERFLY FUCKER WAS GONNA TURN THE WORLD TO SHIT.

Cause we know Marinette isn't a wimp, even in those fucking 2 seconds of akumatisation, she was able to mentally fend of Lila which takes a shit ton of mental strength not to mention in general her strength with shit like "no one in history has ever used that many miraculous at the same time" thing.

Like imagine what we could have gotten. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE teaming up against a Marinette filled with despair AND with no Ladybug. Acc no Bunnix would get a Marinette of the past to fight her cause thats how bad it would be I mean we saw Chat Blanc so omd we could have had peak.

Season 6 is great and all but I miss ladynoir and marichat bro. Like don't get me wrong, adrienette is so cutesy and I get why its there, but the TENSION of ladynoir, or how at ease they seem in marichat. The ladynoir crumbs this season have been nice but I just miss it.

Ppl have defo said this but I find it so funny mlb pretends that Marinette is just this poor baker's daughter "just a normal girl with a normal life" etc BUT LETS LIST STATISTICS.

You go to school with at least 4 millionaires, the chief of police's daughter, the daughter of a director of an exhibit at the Louvre, future Elon Musk but nicer who has an astronaut mum, 2 junior reporters, a DJ, the daughter of a rock artist and many others.

You're best friends with someone running one of the most influential blogs in Paris and who's parent works as a head chef at a luxury hotel and you're dating a model who's dad is a world renowned fashion designer.

Your parents run the best bakery in Paris, you got commissioned by Jagged Stone a famous rockstar, you babysit the daughter of a famous reporter, you're hobby is fashion and buying all the materials like fabrics is bound to add up etc.

I wouldn't say mega rich like Agreste or Bourgeois but I would say upper middle with an abnormal amount of connections cause what is this bro.

The reveal is just gonna be a clownshow atp. Cause first you have the reveal that Gabriel was Monarch, then you have Adrien being a sentibeing, then Emilie dying from making Adrien.

And THEN Adrien's gonna be like "How do you know all of this??" and Marinette is gonna be like "Oh yeah i'm also Ladybug" and then Adrien's either gonna just shut down or reveal he's Chat Noir and go ballistic because TOO MUCH HAS BEEN HIDDEN FROM MY BOY.

PLEASE let Chat Noir going feral in Secret Protocol be about this and not some bs akuma shit.

It just dawned on me like properly its coming to the end of mlb s6 with the Secret Protocol teaser out. That shot with Marinette and her phone?? Chat Noir crashing tf out?? What if the secret of Gabriel is out and Adrien finds out?? The whole plot is actually culminating in an end and im lowk terrified for it.

This build up better be worth it. Lowk the delay of Nemesis is not surprising since they didn't give any synopsis for it like they did for Secret Protocol but with the episodes this season genuinely being quite good I'm hoping everything building up throughout the season will pay off and based on the teaser, it seems like it will.

Everyone is so lgbtqia+ in miraculous. You obviously have Julerose and Marcaniel being basically canon as well as Zoé having her crush on Marinette and Ms Bustier being in her relationship and the couple in the New York special and Max being ace and Alix being aromantic right.

But it doesn't stop there. I TELL U MARINETTE IS BI, ADRIEN IS QUEER, ALYA AND NINO BI4BI, CHLOÉ LESBIAN, LILA LESBIAN, NATHALIE LESBIAN, KAGAMI BI, SABRINA BI, LUKA PAN, MYLENE HAS THE BADGE I COULD GO ON (this part is just headcanons don't come after me)

Can I just say I lowk LOVE the Marinette Gabriel parallels this season. Im not saying this in a "I hate Marinette she's just like Gabriel way" and more of "this is so interesting for her character" eg seeing her arguing with her own mind who's cosplaying Gabriel was just so invigorating.

The concept of Marinette and Gabriel having the same intentions for the things they do as both the hero and the villain of the story is really fun and even though Gabriel was doing it more for Emilie rather than Adrien, its the fact Marinette's mind is telling her Gabriel did it to protect Adrien, exactly what she's doing.

A Marinette villain arc would genuinely be so fun to watch cause we have seen this character grow and develop across basically a whole decade and you can understand her thought process eg now with her lying in order to protect Adrien.

Sorry i just feel SO bad for Kagami. Like you go to a sleepover and see your friends with their loving families and then you go back home and ask your mother if she loves you and she says "I love IT when you make me proud" not even an 'I love you' just that statement.

There is more to a person than their achievements, which is especially relevant in terms of YOUR OWN DAUGHTER. Kagami deserves better than this omd.

Question what are the opinions on Alya rn cause she is genuienly the realest character in s6 with everything going on (other than her jumping to conclusions in Heartfixer but thats besides the point).

She just wants to help and support Marinette but won't refrain from clocking her tea when needed which I can very much respect. I really do like how her ideals go completely against what Marinette is doing and im excited for how she's going to react when finding out (when its not during a battle and she can take time to process it instead of choosing to erase her memory).

Her being the next guardian is still a bit weird to me with Chat Noir right there but I get why Marinette chose her I mean look at her capabilities eg the whole Sentibubbler episode. The fact she's literally this close to working out what actually happened at the s5 finale.
