Our ancestors didn’t have IBS.

As they could take a dump wherever they want.

That’s pretty much the same as an IBS attack. So if you had the strength to pull yourself together today then I’m proud of you.

If not, then there is always tomorrow.

That’s how my life feels like.

It reminds me when I try to date somebody 😅
