Okay @vhen-harel - I did it, I translated the poem into Elven. <3 I tried very hard to only use canon words from the wiki, but some "moon logic" is probably needed to make sense of it, which is why I also wrote colour-coded annotations. The only word that's fanon/not in the wiki is "vune" for "moon" (not sure who came up with that, it wasn't me, I just read it somewhere).

I do need everyone to keep in mind that this is how I personally would translate this. Since Dragon Age Elven is only a cipher and not a full conlang, there is no canon grammar. So everyone can take the words we have and mash them together any way that makes sense to them. I don't claim for this so be any more "correct" than anyone else's Elven <3

I could probably stare at it forever and find little things to nitpick xD So if you really want to make it into a codex entry, maybe let's have a chat over on discord sometime, and I'll then put some more time in to make sure it's all logical, maybe find 1-2 better word options <3

i should have prepared more for davrin week but here's a very rough take on a combo of day 1 and 2 @datvcompanionweeks
