Adding to that: Conservatives and Republicans are ALSO disabled, but they often lack the insight to recognize that in themselves!!!

My theory is that they associate disability with a lack of mobility and productivity, so even if someone has a missing eye or limb, or a chronic medical condition, as long as they still WORK and move around, republicans don't really believe that person is disabled 💀

I have a strong feeling that if you went to some of the poorest red states and asked someone (who identifies as republican) that has diabetes and/or someone using a scooter if they believe they're disabled, they're very likely to say no!
