The recipe from the video:

50 cloves of garlic, cover them in olive oil and bake at 250F, 120°C for 2 hours

take garlic out of the oil

add butter, parsley, chives, salt and mix

cut into a loave of bread and fill it with the butter-garlic mix and mozzarella

bake 20 minutes covered then 10 minutes uncovered at 375 F, 190°C
