one of the coolest flowers I've ever seen | jade vine flower

I woke up and made myself some morning tea without my glasses. I used my jasmine leafs from yesterday due to its ability to be steeped up to three times. Once they sat there for five minutes I strained the leaves and pored the liquid into my mug. The sugar was added last then I sat down with my cup to study. When I went in for my first sip my mouth was met with a salty/sweet overwhelming flavor. I’m not gonna lie the tea is still drinkable despite its overwhelming salt content but how did salt get in my tea? Like?!?! Imma just take this as a sign that I needa watch my anger today and keep it pushing. My mind automatically went to the traditional practice my mom told me about drinking salt with coffee after arguments. Ion know who or what put salt in my tea this morning but we gon be grateful no matter what.

The moments of pain should be used to as a catalyst for good. Let anger drive you to work harder for the things that benefit and passionate you. Let disappointment make you more disciplined in avoiding the things that keep you distracted and separated from the path to greatness. But don’t let them extinguish the flame that drives you to show up for yourself everyday. Regardless of the actions of others you still owe yourself the best there is to to offer.
