Reasons why I stayed up late
After a very, very, very long hiatus, I am back from posting again. To be honest, I usually don't use Tumblr as much as I think I should. I only use it to look for a great lock screen for my phone.
Anyways, I have been busy this week. Not because of anything productive but because... *drum roll* I GOT MYSELF A PS4!! Yep, I know, kinda boring but hey, I have been anticipating this moment for FIVE FORKING YEARS. I did not come from money, my family ain't that poor either. We're in the middle of that tier. Also, I got it using my OWN MONEY so I'm really proud of myself. I got myself a PlayStation 4 HITS Bundle while it was on sale. The bundle included a Jet Black console, a controller, a three-month free PlayStation Plus voucher, and three of Sony's best-selling games (Detroit: Become Human, God of War, and The Last of Us). The first game I decided to play was Detroit: Become Human even though my initial plan was ti play The Last of Us first. I was supposed to shoot a gameplay with commentary but unfortunately, I had a really bad cough so I just shot the gameplay.
I already finished the game and I'm playing it the second time so I could record one with commentary and to go back to the choices and scenes that I missed.
Without spoiling it for the people who haven't played or seen the game, I just want to say that this is one of the best games that I have ever played. The graphics are stellar, it is so detailed and meticulously done. You can see that the people who worked on it really put their heart and soul to the game. The plot is very interesting and so out-of-the-box. It's a breath of fresh air and it would really question your moral decisions on things, people, places, etc. thst are different from you. The concept of the three leading characters are compelling, especially Connor since his was really unique for me. Choosing between your own kind or your own creator and your utility in this world.
This game is a solid 9/10 for me. The ending for some leading characters were lacking for me. It was a bit ambiguous for me. I would recommend this game to every person I know, especially since they'll be releasing a PC Version of the game on December 12 of this year.
