Opinions on TJ and his relationships
In my opinion, TJ’s behavior towards Buffy does not come from a inherently sexist place. Buffy being girl is not the biggest, or the real reason that TJ is a dick to her. He feels threatened by her, and now that we know he considers himself to be stupid, we know that basketball is the only safe haven for him. It is literally his reputation. At first, it does seem that TJ resentment of Buffy came from a sexist place, but now it seems more personal. While he may start to respect her on the court, it is going to take some time for him to become friends with her.
I know many people here are saying that they will not support a TJ/Cyrus relationship until he has a redemption arc, and that is fine. It is your right to choose that, however, I feel like this show, if it chooses to put the two boys in a romantic relationship, would have their relationship start before or during the redemption arc, not after. Realistically speaking, people are going to be dicks to certain people while being super kind to others because it is human nature, especially when the resentment seems so personal. So, I think that they might use the relationship to help TJ break out of his shell, and help him realize that he doesn’t need to care about his reputation, and slowly but surely grow to be friends with Buffy.
TJ’s redemption arc is going to take time, much like every other meaningful arc on this show, so be patient.
Something we not finna do is bash tjrus just because you think jyrus is better. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and ships, Karen

Okay, so I really think that this next Andi Mack episode might be the one where they FINALLY continue Cyrus’ storyline.
Look at this photo. Cyrus couldn’t even look at the screen. He can’t handle the fact that Jonah is with yet another girl because as we all know, Cyrus likes Jonah. Andi may look betrayed in this scene, but she’s staring right at the screen, while Cyrus seems unable to. And if you remember in this same scene from the Mackuary promo, Cyrus seems more upset than Andi does.
Then we have the whole thing with Andi making Buffy and Cyrus spy on Jonah and Natalie. We don’t know that Cyrus is okay with this. Maybe he’s only doing it to be a good friend to Andi? Or maybe just out of jealousy( of Natalie)? The thing is, there’s a lot of opportunity for Cyrus’ storyline to continue in You’re The one That I Want. I mean, at some point Cyrus HAS to tell Buffy how hard this must be for him; to see his crush with two different girls?? C’mon, there is no way Cyrus is okay with this.
I know a lot of people are angry about Cyrus’ storyline being ignored in this last episode, but personally I’m giving Andi Mack this chance. Yes, I’m disappointed, but I won’t get angry… yet. But if they don’t mention Cyrus’ crush in this coming episode, I might seriously fight somebody. There are just so many chances in this episode for Cyrus’s storyline to continue, and it just wouldn’t make sense to not take these chances. We’ve been waiting far too long for this. It’s time.
Seriously, Andi Mack. I’ve been defending you all this time. Please don’t let me down.
