There she is again... our lovely  Anastasia, showing off her tattoo :) Did you know that to Native Americans the butterfly is a symbol of change, joy and colour. The exquisite butterfly was considered a miracle of transformation and resurrection. Also butterflies appear to dance as they fitter among the flowers. They remind us not take things so seriously within our lives. They awaken a sense of lightness and joy, They remind us to get up and move, for if you do not move, you cannot dance ;) All this sums up the best, what our model is and trying to be in her life and spread her joy to the others too! As you can see the image looks slightly golden with the hint of grandiosity and her expressions reflect exactly what we tried to capture: the real Butterfly-Woman ;)

We had a great opportunity to photo-shoot an amazing Terry Coldwell for commercial purposes. We set out to capture something different with our location and props, bit edgy but also elegant to give Terry a sophisticated look and feel. We had the luxury of spending few hours with Terry and we didn't even need to use any of the "break the ice"techniques as he was so comfortable in front of the camera :) The final 2 stills that we chose for the final editing process are portraying Terry in a very natural way as he actually is: calm, strong and confident.

Another brilliant day doing a photo-shoot with the up- and -coming group called 3D Music, consisting of 3 cool dudes Rick, Dougie and Retro. They were so easy to work with and considering there was 30 °C outside they managed to keep their act together and still give a really good performance. As you can see on the image , they all wearing blazers, so you can only imagine how hot they must have been feeling :P Considering the name of the group is 3D we also tried to capture as much depth as possible on our images in order to bring out the three-dimensionality. The lighting and the location were perfect so mission completed :) All 3 guys were interesting to work with , they all had different personalities and brought diverse characters into the photo- shoot. Rick was certainly the most gregarious and is hugely gifted at instantly getting along with anyone he meets. Retro was very easy- going but also focused and he had lots of ideas about different outfits etc and Dougie was quiet but the most determined out of all of them to get the his poses and facial impressions spot on. Without exception, we had fun with 3D and looking forward to do more work with them :)

We had a pleasure to photograph Anastasia the other day and her energetic approach to the whole experience really impressed us. The summer has arrived , therefore keeping fit is extra important as we all want to show off our amazing bodies in parks and beaches, so a sporty photo-shoot was the way to go. We had few props so Nastia could perform variety of exercises and we would be able to create a group of fitness images, but......ironically the favourite one from the whole photo-shoot was taken towards the end when she ran out of poses and threatened to whip us with the skipping rope, if we didn't give her some rest. Aawwww..bless her happy face (didn't look tired to us at all:D)! All in all, such a great few hours spent with Nastia and her performance skills are top class! Camera loves her and we love her too :)

The little mad girl was totally in her element as she is a born poser :) She gave us lot of different emotions while jumping around and pulling faces but being naturally such a lovely, smiley little thing it was utterly enjoyable to photograph her. We decided to have her hair down to embrace the wildness of her personality and also the the clothes were chosen to be bright in order to compliment the fun and bubbly nature of this little madam. Pure joy :)

The Fighter Boy  gave us all type of humorous poses until we discovered his real passion for boxing :) Even though the gloves are twice the size of his hands , he felt like a real champion in these as you can see from his expression. No doubt that you can't mess  with him- the future boxing champion is coming soon!

New addition to our photography album, where we are going to add the variety of remarkable  automotives. We had a great opportunity to capture this classic Simca Vedette Versailles by the permit of its very proud owner Dave :) . This image has been retouched in imitating the look of old photographs and give it a touch and feel of the vintage to be in harmony with the car.

We had a chance to work with a lovely lady who was able to give us 120 poses per minute with millions of different facial expressions! What a character! :) Therefore her positivity and style inspired us to create a new image where the appropriate scenery is added to the background to fit the look and feel of the model. We found this great picture of safari with blue sky and we fell in love with the texture of the hay that is a pleasure to play around with  in Photoshop. We thought that an old barn would add some extra  character to the whole image and one of us thought the image needs more action and 10 minutes later…….. a vintage plane appeared in the sky :D, which turned out to be a great idea to turn the image to almost ad - like piece of art! We might even continue this style of editing ;)

An urban dance girl holding her pose for us until we got the image we wanted. That is a determination ;) Our model Anneli made our job so much easier with her positive attitude even though she was freezing in a very cold and windy evening, NONE of this discomfort appears on the image. Well done ! ;)
