A gorgeous, talented Black girl on TikTok independently released a single with a music video for it that's probably one of the few songs I could describe as Goth Pop, both by the sound itself and by her being clearly versed in the goth subculture, and she's getting so many mean comments. The song is good, she dances gothly and beautifully, her voice is very soft and sweet. Pay her a listen!

just a reminder - do NOT boycott streaming services or not watch new things. the unions have not called for one for a reason. for one, it affects residual payments, which as minimal as those currently are, actors are still getting them during this time, and for two, studios will use lack of viewership as an excuse to cancel shows because you are showing them there is no demand. it deeply affects the industry the writers and actors stand to come back to once the strike is over
Also: going to these places puts pressure and demand on the company. Demand they can't meet without actors and writers. That puts stress on them, and stress is good.
^^^^ive been looking for a rb with this addition because YES. if a customer wants a burger and there is no cook to make it, that puts pressure on the owner to pay the cook what they want so the customer will still give them money. if there is no customer, the owner has no reason for the cook to make burgers
Stop watching IF AND ONLY IF the unions call for a boycott. For the time being since they haven't, streaming the shows actually helps. You're not crossing a picket line to watch because that picket line does not exist unless a boycott is called for.
I admit I need help from my family because I am not doing well. Do a short voluntary stay at a Brain Not Doing Good Place. Over time this turns to multiple months long stays at several places that are âvoluntaryâ but all my belongings are sent to my parents and contact is extremely limited or nonexistent. To afford all this my parents find a way to seize every cent and but of property I had, so now even once Iâm free I have nothing.
I am in the most recent places intensive outpatient program, they house me and pay for one meal a day, and luckily my insurance still covers my meds. But other meals, transport because my only other option to get around is pushing my motorized wheelchair to the brink in 113 degree weather, and you know, water and stuff, and this is selfish but occasionally entertaining myself.

Hi all I am a disabled trans woman struggling to survive each month with 2 of my partners on the west coast. My dad lives on the east side of the country and is currently fighting his 3rd battle with multiple myeloma. I haven't been home in close to 4 years, and I'm trying to raise the funds to travel with my partners across the country to visit with my dad. We are all disabled ourselves and struggle with rent each month, we currently do not have enough to make the gas/lodging costs or plane tickets.

They are living through one of the worst ways to die. Slowly, in darkness, knowing itâs coming. A father and his son are in there together. Imagine having been that father taking your child that you love on this adventure and knowing youâll die alongside him and itâs your fault.

Did you ever come across this comparison between Star Trek and Tolkien Fantasy characters? I do NOT agree with that label next to your picture but considering the Hobbits were the most decent characters in the story and that Aragorn himself bowed to them, I thought that was still very fitting.

My favorite part is that the hobbits and Wesley are labeled as nuisances, but without the hobbits, the One Ring doesn't get to Mordor, and without Wesley, the Enterprise doesn't survive the second episode. They're always underestimating us, and that's how we keep winning.

- You have suggested therapy to the brothers. A lot. They still havenât agreed, but youâre going to keep trying because even with you doing all you do FUCKING HELL do these boys have trauma to deal with.

- Diavolo has plans for you to eventually teach at RAD. Mostly to teach about Earth history and cultures; which has led to you studying extra hard and wondering why Solomon isnât going to be helping you teach since heâs lived through history. But Diavoloâs plan is for him to teach ancient languages.
- You spend some nights at the palace every month. The brothers always get jealous when you go. Especially when you come back with a tell-tale limp. Or being carried back home.
- You were sadly at ground zero when Luke snuck into Asmoâs room and his innocence became lost since Asmo had porn of himself playing on his laptop and was âenjoyingâ it (because of course he faps to videos of himself). You tried to stop the little angel but heâs like an actual child and darts the moment you blink. Simeon was outraged, but you pointed out that Luke didnât knock. Asmo was glad you stuck up for him because he was certain he was headed for a bath of holy water otherwise. It took Luke a month before he could stand to be around Asmo again. It took longer for Luke to look at him again.
- Since Satan is not allowed to have a real cat (not that Satan cares as he has at least 10 âhiddenâ ones), Mammon bought him a realistic robot cat for his room. Satan nearly cried tears of joy. Satan did cry when a book-a-lance fell and broke it. Lucifer replaced it so that Satan didnât start destroying stuff once the sadness went away.
- Lucifer knows about the cats. He lets Satan think itâs a secret so that Satan wonât try to get an amount that would be noticeable. You found this out when you went to bring Lucifer some coffee and found him petting one of Satanâs cats. You were sworn to secrecy.
- You tried edible underwear with Beel once. And only once. He accidentally bit your thigh and you have small scars from the indents of his teeth. He felt awful about it, still does, and anytime heâs between your legs for fun he kisses the scars in apology. Also he found the rest of the edible underwear youâd intended to use with others and ate them like a snack. Youâve decided to not bother with them anymore.
- Belphie and Satan ask you to every Anti-Lucifer League meeting. If you donât attend, they email you the minutes of their meeting to see if you wanna join in in pranks.
- Despite your bedroom lock being enchanted, Diavolo can and has waltzed into your room and started cuddling you. Barbatos chastizes him every time as he comes in with him, but it still happens.
- You have shown Simeon the movie âSister Actâ. Itâs now his favorite movie. You two sometimes sing âAve Mariaâ together, stomping and clapping the beat. Luke joins in when he can.
-You had a custom plush made for Levi of his goldfish. He cried tears of joy and it now sits in a glass case in his room.
