I could see the blockages in certain areas so we did some : Physical Meditation ( Yoga moves ) Prana Meditation ( Breath Work ) Few Functional Movements General Mobility & Flexibility Exercises As a Fitness Coach & Meditation Teacher , it becomes my responsibility to understand and gauge where the blockage is and then work towards opening it up and let the energy pockets flow.
