Kolobaracism ā a new pseudo-ideology of our time š
It is when people both collaborate with the enemy and divide the world into āus/themā based on completely absurd criteria. The result is a mix of toxic opportunism and discrimination.
š Key traits of kolobaracism:
Flexible morality ā today I serve one side, tomorrow another, as long as itās profitable.
Double standards ā everything is allowed for āours,ā nothing for āthe others.ā
Mimicry ā adapting to any power or trend.
Pretentious pathos ā pretending to fight for ātruth,ā while in reality only seeking personal gain.
šÆ Why is this harmful?
Kolobaracism eats society from within. It replaces true values with cheap benefits, destroys trust among people, and weakens society in the face of external threats. It is a disease that always works against those who try to live honestly.
šŗš¦ Example of Ukraine
We see this clearly in our own experience. Collaborators in temporarily occupied territories justify themselves by saying āitās safer,ā āitās easier,ā āitās more convenient.ā But in reality, this is classic kolobaracism: serving a foreign power under the cover of ācaring for the people.ā The consequences are obvious: betrayal of the state, repression against their own neighbors, division in communities, and ultimately ā tragedies that will take a long time to heal.
š Historical parallels
We have seen similar things in the past.
World War II: collaborators in occupied countries justified cooperation with the Nazis as āa way to survive.ā But later they were regarded as traitors, forever rejected by their societies.
The USSR: mass denunciations, āserving the Partyā even when it went against oneās own family. This was also a form of kolobaracism ā adapting to an absurd ideology out of fear or for personal gain.
ā”ļø What does this lead to?
Trust in society is destroyed.
Fear grows, because no one knows who will āswitch sidesā tomorrow.
Unity is lost, without which freedom cannot be defended.
Kolobaracism always makes the state weaker and the enemy stronger.
š Conclusion
Kolobaracism is not just āadaptation.ā It is a form of betrayal disguised with pretty words. In any country and in any era, it ends the same way ā broken lives, a divided society, and a lost future.
HALF LIFE
Back when I didnāt even have internet, I discovered games in a completely different way. Iād run to kiosks and buy discs ā each one felt like a little treasure. And among those discs, I stumbled upon Half-Life. It was an absolute blast. The atmosphere, the story, Gordon Freeman, the mysterious Vortigaunts, Xen ā all of it hit me so hard that I couldnāt stop playing for hours. Half-Life was more than just a game. It shaped my taste and showed me what a true gaming world could be.
Years have passed, Iāve had internet for a long time now, and my entire Half-Life collection proudly sits in Steam. And you know whatās crazy? I launch the game and get the exact same feelings. Itās like putting a disc into that old PC all over again. And now thereās a new twist ā Iāve started hunting achievements in Steam. It adds fresh excitement and pushes me to replay my favorite chapters again and again.
Half-Life isnāt just a series of games. Itās a part of my life, a piece of nostalgia, and proof that true masterpieces never age.
Scrolling Through Nothing
⨠"It's strange how quickly we get used to things that once felt incredible. Once ā waiting for a message was a whole adventure. Now ā we scroll through hundreds in a minute and feel almost nothing.
And what's curious ā every time I want to write something bright and positive, completely different thoughts come out. As if there's an endless circle inside, thinking about what has lost its weight, what has dissolved into the flow.
Maybe the solution is simple? Start valuing even these small moments of silence and sincerity. Because positivity isnāt always loud words. Sometimes itās just the ability to pause and feel: 'Iām alive. And thatās enough.' āØ
By the way, this GIF is from the series Shameless, which Iāve watched completely. All seasons. And you know what? I really enjoyed it.
š Steam celebrates its 22nd birthday!
Happy Birthday, Steam!

This is my beloved kitty. She loves warmth, always feels cold, and is constantly looking for a cozy and warm place.
From Cartoons to Anime
Once, I used to sit in front of the TV, eagerly waiting for a new episode of cartoons.
They felt like a whole universe where everything was simpler: good always won, friendship always saved the day, and heroes never grew old.
But time passes. I grow older, and the world becomes more complicated.
Cartoons remain a warm memory of childhood, yet my heart is drawn more and more toward anime.
Thereās more depth in it, more emotions ā joy, pain, loss, struggle.
Sometimes it feels like these stories understand me better than the people around me.
Iāve already watched dozens of titles, and each one has left a small trace behind.
Nostalgia for childhood lives within me, but itās anime that teaches me to accept adulthood.
Maybe thatās the magic of it: cartoons gave me dreams, while anime made me truly feel them.
A Cool Place for Thoughts
š Tumblr is such a cool platform. Here I can write down all my thoughts without extra control or expectations.
Itās really nice to stay incognito here: like having a little corner where you can share anything and just be yourself.
š¤ Another big plus ā the feed. When you need to relax from work or real life, just scroll and catch new experiences, ideas, and vibes. Thereās something special about it, because you can feel the living energy of people in every post.
⨠I love that here you can be both a quiet observer and someone who opens up through words and images.
The Weight of Having Everything
Sometimes it feels like a person doesnāt need to have everything all at once.
Back then, weād turn on the TV and feel genuine joy when something interesting was finally on. Weād wait for weeks for premieres and savor the moment when a long-awaited movie started.
It was the same with games. Those pirated discs from the market felt like real treasures. Weād live through every quest, enjoying every single moment.
Now ā just a few clicks, and the whole worldās library is at your fingertips. Steam is overflowing with hundreds of titles that never even get launched.
And thatās when the thought hits: maybe itās not about how much we have, but about how much we can truly appreciate what we already do.
š This is my little cyber-core in the world of the internet.
Here, real life in Ukraine meets the digital chaos of Steam, anime, and series.
Between selling badges and holding a coffee ā I explore new worlds, play, dream, create.
