The new expansion is going to have some unvoiced lines, isn't it? Would you be able to post about how much/where the lines are when you get it, or share that info from people who do?

Only in some non-English languages. In English, some of the characters will have different voices (different VAs I assume) which they said would be temporary. From the TWID where they announced it:

For our upcoming releases, some voice talent has been unavailable for recordings. For the time being, to ensure a consistent player journey as we launch Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate, certain characters will have different voices in Rite of the Nine or The Edge of Fate content. In some languages, Rite of the Nine content will be silent, and the Edge of Fate will play English voiceover instead. As we did for Destiny 2: Heresy, subtitles for story content will be enabled by default to ensure narrative content is not missed.

We'll see how it'll work, but either way I'm sure DLV will be uploading all content with all lines. Everything should be voiced at least in English, but some voices will temporarily be different. It doesn't specify which languages will force the English voice over, but either way it seems nothing will be silent, you might just get the English voices instead, but subtitles will be enabled for everyone.
