Walks in circles thinking about how during Break the Law, Allan and Chris had just completely opposite opinions on Atticus and the Lawbot department. Allan's letter to Robert almost threatening him that "this best not cripple my department", him having absolutely no hope for Lawbot HQ to have anything left at the end of it all, his freaking "Wake up and smell the ashes, Atticus" phonecall from a blog post. Allan was basically handing a rope and bullets to Atticus and yelling at him to do a flip.

Meanwhile, Chris? Chris is the only department boss with actual, genuine concern for Lawbots. He worries himself sick with everything going on over there and how it is affecting everything and everyone. "I dont think that Stand-In will endure any longer." He has been trying and failing to contact John, the old boss of the Lawbot department, and was the only one speaking positively about him. All this worry stressed out Chris so much that he had to go on vacation during April Toons and let the Chief of Dollars take his place in the meantime. Chris is an unusally emotional and empathic guy, especially compared to his coworkers. Which?? Makes the one social media comic where he complains about the Lawbots seemingly getting all the upgrades and attention since Diane's arrival really interesting. Craig asks if Chris is jealous but really, he sounds bitter and hurt to me. Chris was the only one worried about John, Atticus, the Lawbots and their HQ during BtL, worried sick to the point of needing a vacation, which is something unheard of under the Suits otherwise, and now there is this brand new Suit who is getting all the fancy cool stuff that could have saved the Lawbots during BtL. Someone died, someone got Murdered and no one seems to care beyond the impact it had on the business side of things.

Walks in circles. Craig and Robert never really talked about it much, far too little for me to read into it. Thomas mourned Atticus, you know? I don't think he was the only one at COGS Inc who did.
