Jensen talked about meeting Josh Duhamel in an audition years ago.

Jensen about auditioning for SPN: They wanted to cast Sam first, he read for Sam but he really wanted to play Dean, so he asked them if he could read for Dean, because there wasn’t happening any auditions for Dean yet.

A fan complimented Jensen’s version of “Simple Man”.

How Jensen approaches scripts: He will read it once, slowly, certain scenes he will read a few times until he has a pretty good idea of how he wants the scene to go, then he gets on set and it’s where everything will merge… mentions that he likes to be available in his scenes, react to what the other actor is saying, doing.
