Once a person goes on hiatus, it is almost impossible to get back going. You go on hiatus because your muse is gone, so people lose interest or forget you. Then you come back, and unless you were a huge blog to begin with, you have no one to roleplay with. You have to start back over, which can result in you losing your muse, which makes you go back to hiatus. It’s a vicious cycle, and that’s upsetting to see.
