I had a little enstars hiatus so i was away from my 2wink tangerines for quite a bit, and developed a strange affection for Natsume in the process!! I hope I'm not putting too much work on you by asking for headcanons of 2wink + Natsume finding their s/o at their door in tears/frustrated due to their verbally abusive father ...
This is not a situation that surprises him, nor is it something heâs unused to. Heâd immediately and cheerily opt to take you in for the rest of the day, but with a faint, strange gloominess about him.
Heâll catch himself slipping up from time to time and showing you hints of the true, more serious Hinata you know is hiding somewhere in there. Of course, heâll try to act as his usual clown extraordinaire trademark character, but somehow he feels⊠just a bit off.
Takes it upon himself to cheer you up to almost unnatural levels during the rest of the day. His kind little attentions are sweet as a strawberry milkshake, and taste just as artificial. To his credit, heâs really putting his all into this : heâs now a lovey-dovey boyfriend on a mission to hold the cutest, most sappy house date ever.
Heâs just a bit too concerned about youâ sneaking one too many âAre you okay ?â or âYou good ?â into his little act. No matter the appearances he puts up, heâs genuinely worried and finds that completely overshadowing the rest. He wonât rest easy until you do.
As usual, heâll try to shoulder all the pain for you, never once bothering you with his own problems and instead caring for you like a mother hen. (Albeit a loud, colorful oneâŠ) If thereâs one thing he hates more than everything, itâs seeing the people he loves in pain, and heâs willing to take on so much to cheer you up or make you feel supported and loved.
Much like Hinata, heâs more than familiar with the issue at hand. Unlike his brother, however, Yuta would try to give you space while at the same time remaining there for you. This results in a certain awkward uncertainty from him that will be quick to disappear once you take him up on his offer and rely on him, even just for a little bit.
Heâs a good listener. Your problems canât be fixed with something as simple as advice, but heâs got a special talent to soothe you by listening and talking it out with you. He may or may not start tearing up if you cry in front of him and will try to hide it, charmingly embarrassed about it.
More than anything, he tries to signify that youâre not alone in this anymore. This implies being emotionally available if you need to vent, of course, but also getting your favorite food as a surprise. Heâs generally more tactile as well : a lingering hand on your shoulder, reassuring kisses on the back of your handâŠ
Unlike Hinata, he tries to be open about his own experiences if he thinks they can be relevant or give you perspective. He really wants you two to be able to help each other out, especially since youâre dealing with the same issues. If no one else will, he will be your support in thisâ just like he wished someone would be there to support him before.
This kind of situation is not exactly his forte, but like everything he does, Natsume will try to approach the situation with a cool, logical efficiency. What he sees is a problem he wants to fix and help you with, and his way to deal with you will probably be more oriented towards practical problem solving.
Thatâs not to say heâs not considering the emotional aspect of it. Heâll encourage you to open up to him, and even though reacting isnât always his strong suit, heâs determined to help you through it and alleviate your burden even a bit. He wants you to be able to share anything youâre going through with him, and wonât let you try to hide things to him.
To say it frankly, heâs rather pissed to hear about the situationâ he hates seeing you suffer at the hands of someone, especially someone so close to you. Natsumeâs blatantly protective in such times, and will insist to keep you with him long enough you can clear your mind. (Donât be fooled by his rational arguments though⊠The boy will attempt to keep you by his side the whole week if he can get away with it.)
What heâs aiming for is not only to make you feel better temporarily. He wants to find a way to solve things once and for all, and you can count on him to help you think of a more long-term solution. He makes it clear his door is always open should you need a safe spaceâ and you might just find him to âcoincidentallyâ be a little more clingy and insistent to check on you in the following weeks.
