The moment you assume
Literally, a new life begins 💜
THE 3D ISN’T FIGHTING YOU.
YOU ARE IN CONTROL.
You have the reins in your hands.
Are you going to use them—or pretend that you don't have them at all?
YOU DO NOT NEED ANYTHING ELSE. JUST YOU.
THE 3D IS IN YOUR CONTROL.
WHERE ARE YOU?
hello darling~ ♡ i hope you're doing great!
My question is:
With appearance changes, wanting to wake up in a diferent body from head to toe, different looks and all... How do i go about that?
I would love to hear your insights ♡
When it comes to full appearance changes, whether subtle tweaks or a total “head-to-toe” shift, the same principle applies: you’re not changing a body, you’re dropping the identity of the one who doesn’t have it. Right now, the mind frames it as: “this is my current body, and I want another one.” that’s separation. In non-dualism, there’s no gap. the version of you with that exact body already exists, she’s you when you’re not busy identifying as someone else. So the “how” isn’t steps or rituals. it’s recognising: “I am the one who has this body.” and then moving, speaking, choosing, and thinking from her. if a thought of “but I still look like this” comes in, you don’t wrestle it, you just see it’s from the old identity, and you don’t play her part anymore.
Imagine it like changing dream characters. you don’t become her, you stop being anyone else. and the dream has to match. If you want, I can give you a super simple everyday example of how to “walk as her” so the change feels natural instead of like pretending.
♡♡♡
i've manifested so many crazy things in my life but i just did something so insane i may need a few hours . days . weeks . months . to provess this. never underestimate urself. i'm shaking .
You’re driving the car while staring into the rearview mirror and then wondering why you’re not reaching your destination.
That’s literally half of loablr and shiftblr.
You say you want a new reality, a new self, a new outcome. You script it. You affirm it. You visualize it. You call yourself the operant power. But mentally? You’re still watching old evidence. Old conversations. Old rejections. Old bank balances. Old timelines. You’re gripping the steering wheel with one hand and obsessively checking what’s behind you with the other.
And then you’re shocked when you feel stuck.
The rearview mirror is for reference, not navigation.
But most of you are navigating with it.
You affirm abundance and then immediately check your account like, “Okay but is it here yet?” Rearview mirror.
You affirm your SP loves you and then replay the last dry text. Rearview mirror.
You say you’ve shifted and then scan your 3D for microscopic proof. Rearview mirror.
You're not stuck. You’re distracted.
Driving forward requires forward focus. Not delusion. Not ignoring reality. Focus.
whatever you keep checking, you’re declaring as authority.
If your past reactions, past failures, past identity are still the reference point, then of course your movement feels slow. You’re calibrating your future based on outdated coordinates.
And the 3D? It’s delayed footage. It’s the dashcam playback. It’s not live creation. It’s the result of who you were being consistently.
But instead of updating identity, you keep analyzing the footage.
You don’t manifest from reaction. You manifest from assumption.
And assumption requires commitment.
Driving while staring in the mirror causes swerving. Doubt. Hesitation. Overcorrection. That’s what spiraling is. That’s what over-consuming methods is. That’s what constantly asking “am I doing this right?” is.
You are.
But not if you keep trying to verify every five minutes.
Forward movement feels boring. That’s the part nobody romanticizes. It feels neutral. Stable. Almost anticlimactic. Because you’re not getting dopamine hits from checking for change.
The ego loves the mirror. It loves replaying what happened. It loves proving patterns. “See? It always goes like this.” That’s comfort. Predictability.
But growth requires ignoring familiar scenery.
You don’t erase the past by fighting it. You outgrow it by no longer referencing it.
The mirror still exists. It’s just smaller than the windshield for a reason.
Your chosen identity is the windshield.
Your old story is the mirror.
If you’re constantly turning your head backward, you can’t fully accelerate.
And let’s be honest some of you don’t actually want to drive. You want reassurance that the road is clear before you press the gas. You want confirmation that there are no bumps. No delays. No uncertainty.
But certainty doesn’t come from checking the road behind you.
It comes from deciding where you’re going and staying oriented there.
In LOA and shifting spaces, people say “ignore the 3D” and others misinterpret that as delusion. It’s not delusion. It’s prioritization.
You don’t pretend the mirror doesn’t exist.
You just don’t let it steer.
A delay shows up.
“This is just like last time.” Mirror.
“Different state. Different outcome.” Windshield.
“Here we go again.” Mirror.
“I don’t need movement to know it’s moving.” Windshield.
And here’s the real kicker if you keep staring backward, you’ll start believing the car isn’t moving at all. But it is. Time is moving. States are shifting. Bridges are forming. You just can’t see forward if your neck is twisted the wrong way.
You don’t shift by obsessing over the gap between where you are and where you want to be. You shift by embodying the driver who already expects arrival.
Drivers don’t constantly question if the destination exists. They assume it does. They follow the route. They adjust if needed. But they don’t sit there replaying yesterday’s traffic.
If you want a new reality, you need new orientation.
Not new methods every week.
Not new affirmations every hour.
Orientation.
Ask yourself when something triggers you, where do your eyes go? To memory? Or to identity?
Because memory drives repetition.
Identity drives change.
You can’t move forward while emotionally parked in what already happened.
You don’t need to destroy the rearview mirror. You just need to stop worshiping it.
Glance. Adjust. Return your focus forward.
That’s it.
Forward focus feels quiet. It feels almost anticlimactic. But it’s powerful.
Because once you stop narrating the past, you finally give the future space to materialize.
And when you actually commit to looking through the windshield?
The road starts responding.
Not because it suddenly appeared.
But because you finally started driving like you believed it was there.
I Manifested A Free Starbucks Drink
Quick success story. I wanted to try the Dubai drinks from Starbucks (I’m a victim of the trends sorry) and I’m a matcha girlie so that’s what I ordered. I still wanted to try the mocha, but I didn’t want to get two drinks.
I ordered a venti matcha, get handed a venti mocha. Here’s how it played out:
*Barista handing me mocha, pauses*
Barista: Oh wait this isn’t your drink! You wanted the matcha, so sorry about that!
Me: It’s okay!
Barista: Here, have the mocha. I’ll go make your matcha!
*I leave with two large drinks I wanted, for the price of one.*
I believe this happened because last night I fell asleep affirming “I get everything I want ‘cause attract it.” because it was stuck in my head.
Manifestation is really that simple when you don’t stress yourself with “how’s” and “when’s”.
𝒹o you ever get tired? does it not seriously bother you that you cant do anything for yourself? I love you guys- I do. but sometimes it gets to a point where I can't always show up for you.
𝒻or once just show up for yourself. at least try before coming to me. at least try to manifest without giving up 10 minutes later. at least try to apply what you know.
𝒾've been in this community for about 3 years. and if there's one thing i've learned, manifesting is not for everyone. a lot of you are too weak minded for it. you fall apart before you even gave yourself a chance. you went crazy spamming bloggers for help....
𝒽ave you ever tried listening? have you ever tries applying? just once? you can't come to me every time you want something.
𝒾 want better questions. I sound like a bitch I know- but I seriously cant with this shit. you don't listen, you don't want to do the easiest thing in the world. you reject everything yet want it all at the same time. how can I save you when you can't even save yourself?
𝒹ecide. decide. decide. everything just starts with a decision. you know what a decision is- you just don't want to do it. it's too easy- it sounds too good to be true doesn't it? just do it anyway though.
𝓈top falling apart and having a pity party whenever something doesn't go your way. hold yourself accountable for assumptions and decisions. "just say you have it and reject anything that says you don't." did you miss that part? that word- "reject". deny. deny the undesired.
𝓎our issue is you forget to return to the facts. you forget to go back and say "it's done" instead you fall apart at the undesired. your assumption can't reflect if you're constantly contradicting it. two things cannot reflect at once. it's "you either have it or you don't"
𝓈eriously, which one are you choosing?
Don't Overthink a Fact ᵎᵎ

── .✦
I know that many members of the community are strongly against robotic affirmations. I used to be as well, because they genuinely felt repetitive, exhausting, and pointless to me. But as the illusion of time passed throughout my process, I realized that a romanticized, sentimental belief doesn’t make an affirmation more valid. While it may decorate it, it certainly doesn’t make it more useful—let alone more practical.
── .✦
I’m aware that the Law of Assumption can sound absurd when you first come across it, but it’s a reality that’s practically unquestionable. The entire world around you is your creation and no one else’s—you hold all the copyrights, and there’s no way anything external could be the cause. Ultimately, our existence can be reduced to a vast nothingness that serves as the origin of everything.
── .✦
Now, getting to the point I wanted to illustrate in this post: a constant affirmation that isn’t subjected to deep analytical scrutiny—one that doesn’t endlessly compare the external world with your inner one—ends up being the most effective when it comes to shifting or even manifestation.
── .✦
The reality surrounding you is made of exactly that: assumptions, repetitive affirmations that embedded themselves into your mind until they became an undeniable reality.
── .✦
Make no mistake—the tangible scenario in front of you is not the one in control. This isn’t a “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” dilemma. This is simply the structure of how things work: everything—absolutely everything—always happens first on the imaginary plane and only then translates into reality in a subtle, unconscious way.
── .✦
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 ᝰ.ᐟ
── .✦
I used to hold the toxic belief that the more I thought, the more intelligent, critical, and analytical I became. Thanks to spirituality, I realized that thoughts aren’t necessarily yours—and they’re rarely helpful, especially within processes we once labeled as unreal. Overthinking will never be pleasant or effective. You don’t need to dissect your affirmations by tying them to the supposed logic of this reality, to a feeling that validates them, or to a sensation that confirms you’re already in your desired reality.
── .✦
Don’t question your affirmations. Take them for granted the same way you take gravity for granted.
── .✦
And by conveniently misinterpreting 𝐑𝐞𝐧é 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬 in our favor—“𝐉𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞, 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐜 𝐣𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐬” (“𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐈 𝐚𝐦”)—we can arrive at several conclusions. But after a generous dose of mental masturbation and microwave philosophy, one thing remains clear: 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬. (I can hear the sighs of disappointment from philosophers after this vague and convenient analysis, but honestly, who cares?)
── .✦
Repetitive affirmations provide a foundation of security that, as the natural process demands, eventually becomes reality. Don't overthink it!
With much love,

Really needed to see this as I’m literally affirming 24/7 rn 💕
why manifestation starts working when you stop taking it so seriously
something i don’t see talked about enough is how manifestation actually starts working when you stop treating it like something fragile.
when people first learn about assumption, they become very careful. they monitor every thought. they correct themselves constantly. they try to feel perfect all the time.
and it makes sense. you want to do it right.
but that constant monitoring keeps the desire in a category of something important and separate from you.
your mind treats it like something you are trying to get instead of something that belongs to you.
think about things you already have.
you don’t affirm that you have a phone. you don’t visualize having a name. you don’t persist in believing you exist.
there is no effort there because there is no question.
that is what assumption feels like when it stabilizes.
it becomes boring.
not in a disappointing way. in a calm way.
you stop checking. you stop wondering. you stop trying to convince yourself.
and ironically, that is when things start moving.
because your nervous system is no longer sending signals of wanting. it starts operating from having.
people often think they need to feel confident or excited for manifestation to work.
but most of the time, it actually works when you feel neutral.
when it stops feeling like a big deal.
when your mind quietly accepts it as part of your life.
that is why over efforting delays things. not because effort is wrong, but because effort implies distance.
assumption removes distance.
you stop relating to your desire as something outside of you.
you start relating to it as something already decided.
and once your mind accepts that, reality tends to follow in ways that feel almost too natural.
not forced. not dramatic.
just obvious.

shifting/ manifesting all the time cuz I’m a #youngho
ONE DAY ꩜ my manifest method
I manifested something huge using this method and then I randomly forgot about it. now I just remembered so why not share it and get our shit together?
this challenge lasts one single day, so yeah, not weeks, nor waiting, it’s all pure saturation.
(this can be used for shifting too!)
꩜
step one: choose ONE desire.
only one, and be very clear, not “more money” but exactly the amount you want because clairty is everything.
example: a random free car? no, you want a free white 1968 ford mustang.
꩜
step two: pick ONE affirmation + ONE subliminal.
choose a single affirmation that clearly states your desire as already done. and then repeat it how much you like, for example when you feel like you’re wavering.
example: “I love my white 1968 ford mustang”.
use one subliminal audio only, and you will have to make it yourself using your own name and your own affirmations, keeping it short and simple.
example: “(your name and last name) loves their white 1968 ford mustang”.
꩜
step three: loop the subliminal ALL day.
play the audio from morning to night, and keep it playing overnight while you sleep, no breaks, and let it sink in.
꩜
step four: affirm for at least 10 minutes.
this is inspo from sammy ingram.
affirm your statement out loud or in your mind for 10 minutes straight, with no distractions.
꩜
step five: embody the wish fulfilled.
this is also important.
imagine, and *know*, that you are already the version of you who has it. feel normal about it, almost bored. feel certain.
do NOT waver. if a negative thought appears, flip it immediately in your favor.
no spiraling and no what ifs. you just have decided. IT’S ONLY ONE DAY.
—
and then boom you wake up the next day and it’s done.
Law of Assumption limiting beliefs I am sick of seeing:
‘Manifestation takes time and nothing can happen instantly’: This is so ridiculous, we are already aware that time does not matter and that is a limiting belief.
‘You can’t manifest people or their downfall due to karma’: I think we forget that karma is also a BELIEF and pressuring it upon others is not tolerated around here.
‘You have to manifest by steps’: Once again, ridiculous. For example, you don’t need to manifest your sp to unblock you and THEN manifest that they text you, if you affirm that they are texting you constantly then obviously you’ll be unblocked..? The 3D aligns with your manifestation regardless of the circumstances. If you want to manifest in steps in order for your manifestation to unfold exactly how you want it, that is fine, however, you can just live in the end state and understand that there are unlimited ways of your manifestation showing up in the 3D.
‘You need to believe your manifestation’: No you don’t, if you repeat affirmations or persist on your desire your brain will start to believe it, and therefore so will you.
‘If it’s not meant for you, the universe won’t let you have it’: This one makes me speechless. The 3D just mirrors your dominant state so if you don’t see it in the 3D the answer to why is within you, not the universe stopping you from getting what you want.
‘If you don’t see it in the 3D, it’s not working’: This one is still a thing for some reason. If you order food but don’t see the delivery guy yet, do you start having anxiety about the kitchen exploding? No, there is always movement happening.
‘I have to apply the law of detachment to get it’: I like the law of detachment, however you don’t need to apply it. Detachment is about not needing something instead of not wanting it. Wanting ≠ Needing. You can want it real bad and still know it’s yours.
You Set The Rules
STOP allowing the 3D to bully you because you think it has a mind of its own. It doesn’t. The 3D is a brainless machine that is waiting for you to tell it exactly what to do. You need to just accept that you are the law and understand that you don’t need permission from external forces to be happy, you set the rules. If you decide you are the priority or whatever you are affirming, the world has no choice but to treat you that way and reflect your thoughts.
Other people don’t have “free will” to go against your rules or to keep acting a certain way that you don’t like towards you, so stop putting other people on a pedestal or trying to convince them to value you. Other people are actors following your script and the coaches teaching you about the law of assumption are a reflection of your consciousness, they are there to help you remember who you are. If your internal rule is that “I am always chosen”, they are energetically forced to choose you and it is natural for them. You don’t change them with words, you change the law in your head, and they follow the new rule. Remember methods manifest only because YOU gave them the power.
Stop trying to negotiate with your problems or find physical solutions. You don’t “ask” for a better life or beg your sp to treat you right; you dictate it and reality has no choice but to deliver. When you see something you don’t like, stop arguing with it or trying to justify it by saying you “didn’t work hard enough”. Just revoke its permission to exist. If you don’t authorise a situation and allow it to affect you, it cannot stay in your world. You are the only authority and operant power here.
Manifesting isn’t a game or a “vibe”, it is a command and it has shaped your entire life. Stop hoping things will change and start deciding that they already have, start living like they already have because they HAVE. Stop being a fan of your manifestation and start being its boss, stop treating your SP like a God, because you’re God. The 3D is just a shadow that follows your movement and your dominant thoughts. If you want the shadow to change, you must move first. Set the rules and assume the throne, start taking over your own life or be a victim to it.
karma isn't real
ppl just unknowingly manifest their opps' downfall and call it karma
live your life y'all 🌬️🌼
If it starts to get boring → do not fret, you're on the right track
What Should You Do After Affirming?
Live. Go live. Your life doesn't revolve around manifestation.
There's no extra steps to getting what you want once you've decided you have it. That's it. It's yours. There's no waiting, there's no "what if?”
Do you have it right now, yes or no?
The universe, creation, source, 3D, whatever you want to call it, answers "yes" to everything. It can't deny you. It doesn't have the power to. Only you can deny yourself of your desire.
If you say you have your SP, the universe says "yes, master." The moment you change your mind, affirm against it and say "Why hasn't SP messaged me yet?" the universe says "yes, master."
Everything outside of you is a reflection of what's deeply ingrained in your mind.
What's deeply ingrained in your mind are the thoughts you keep on loop everyday.
What are you telling yourself everyday?
