This may sound obvious to you but society at large puts alcohol in this removed category away from other drugs. If you tell most wine moms that they have a drug problem they'd be appalled that you'd ever say such a thing. It's just time for humanity to admit that we like doing drugs. ⊹・maybe “bug” isn’t accurate, but as of now, that is what it appears to be.

⊹・basically a lot of users are being logged out, both on mobile on desktop, and are being requested to change their password, yet are unable to. 

⊹・imo that logging out issue seems to be stemming from the issue with some custom codes; when you go on desktop to your customisation page and have had the issue from the previous point, you’ll receive an error message saying, “your custom theme has been reset because we detected some suspicious code.”

⊹・this is really weird as there’s no consistent pattern (e.g. let’s say there are two blogs with the same theme; this does not necessarily mean that both will face this issue), and even themes part of the theme garden (meaning that they have been checked and approved by staff) are receiving this error.

⊹・as of now, it seems that this is only affecting main blogs, not sideblogs.

⊹・it is possible that your theme can be recovered using the theme recovery; please note that this has not been effective for everyone.

⊹・i’d advise everyone to go to their customisation page, and copy & paste their codes (for both blog themes and pages) to google docs, their notes app, pastebin, etc.

Zoos/facilities, I will ABSOLUTELY comment on! That one in particular sucks. Biiiiiiig time. That’s Jay Brewer’s facility, and he basically feeds his animals to death. This picture alone tells you all the need to know:

any facility that feeds its lizards hot dogs is not a good facility hot dogs are not a lizard food (ALSO: bad public safety practices- this is the place from that alligator feeding response tiktok- inappropriate enclosures for large, dangerous carnivores, tiny enclosures for giant snakes, he does this thing where he antagonizes his laying females to get them to strike on camera while he’s removing the eggs to make himself look like a badass... he’s not great.)

One thing that seems to be a consistent trait in almost all reactionary ideologies is this idea that everything is “biological” or otherwise innate. It’s the easiest way to justify inequality and prevent people from trying to change the social order– just convince people that it’s a “natural” order and that it’s impossible to change, and that obeying that order is somehow moral, that adhering to the hierarchies laid out by the society you find yourself in is the most moral thing you could do.

Yes, your boundaries are still necessary even with people who do nice things for you or are really nice to you. I know sometimes when someone is really kind to you or you feel like you don't deserve the kindness you get from someone, it makes you want to violate your own boundaries out of gratitude for them or because you're afraid it will make them treat you differently. But in the long-term, this is only more harmful. Your boundaries are not an act of unkindness and are always relevant. And people treating you with respect and kindness is the bare minimum you deserve from others. Don't let someone's kindness or favours or respectful treatment make you abandon your self-worth and your needs to please them.
