 Was that all? Goodness, Luca knew a thing or two about that sort of thing, but not with the blonde and whomever he means, of course.

 “Maybe you could manage your time? Like say, having to set an amount of time for your work and a set amount of time for your research? I am sure they would understand...” The poor young man was blushing a little, having to think back on his own experience and trying to use that to help the other.

“Like hell.” It was the reason why he’d moved in with Zaveid and his annoying niece in the first place. This illness made it hard to function properly, made it hard to get out of bed. Dezel sits up, the pain from the movement nearly causing him to give up and fall back down. Looking over Luca the man then ends up falling back, laying on his back and staring up at the ceiling.

Dezel didn’t respond for a bit before groaning. “In the kitchen, there should be some drinks… Get me one, please,” he asked, turning on his side. “They’re… in the fridge.”

 “I see...” Luca nodded his head slowly, taking the bottle from his backpack and setting it beside the container, both within easy reach of Dezel, should he need them. Though seeing the other move did make the younger wince and flinch. While he was worried for the other, he did not want to panic just yet. And if he started having to state orders, then Dezel might get mad at him. And Luca usually would be more fearful if others got angry at him. He debated on having to set his backpack  

 “Try not to strain yourself too much..” Luca spoke up, then nodded his head slowly. Concern still visible on his face. “In the fridge, got it. I will be right back.” He quietly left the room and made the trek to the kitchen. It did not really enter his mind what kind of drinks Dezel meant, but he doubted anyone minded.

 It should have gone without saying that Luca would gladly help and assist those he cared about. So it was no surprise that he was here under Spada’s request, to help relief the pain as much as he could, concern clear on his face. The younger of the two was only told, by Zaveid, that Dezel was sick with pneumonia. That alone made Luca feel more concerned. While it could be easily treated and could recover in a matter of days, it was still no laughing matter. Rest and plenty of fluids usually helped with the process. And yet, there was one thing that poked the corner of the student’s mind; Was Dezel able to get any antibiotics to help counter the illness?

 Either way, Luca had brought a container of homemade chicken noodle soup and even a spare, unopened bottle of water with him. However, when he looked around the room as he had entered, he noted that the glass of water that was within reach of the elder male was almost empty. He winced from the coughing fit, but otherwise did not leave the room. In fact, he shook his head at what was said to him. It was true, he did not want the illness, but on the other hand, he really did not care if he himself got sick as the price to pay so that his friend could recover. 

 “I am not worried about that. You come first.” Luca sighed, keeping his voice quiet as he gently set the container down beside the glass. “How are you feeling? Should I bring you some more water?” Upon asking that, one hand had unconsciously rested on the water bottle that was in the side pocket of his backpack. He had packed a few other things, in case they were needed. Though the thought of asking if he could fetch the antibiotics to help Dezel recover did cross his mind.

 While Luca had been wandering around town, he noticed the blond sitting on the bench. A visitor? There was not too many people that would stop by long, considering that some would travel here, just to use the boats to go elsewhere. He looked tired too. Maybe they needed some rest and maybe a place to eat? Maybe.. he could talk to the other? The blond did look harmless… Aside from the sword of course, but then again, he still kept his own sword with him. Even with it being at a time of peace, it was better to be safe than sorry, especially if he would end up in some sort of sticky situation. Nonetheless, Luca walked up to the bond, a little hesitant, but willing.

 “H-Hello… A-Are you new to Regnum? D-Do you need help with anything?” Luca asked timidly, but with a small, friendly smile.

      A boy had walked up to him and caught Emil’s attention. He had scared him just a little bit, but that was because he was close to day dreaming. The blond shifted a bit. Regnum? Is that where he is? He could have sworn he was just at… He shook his head, not at the boy’s question, but his thoughts.

    “I-I guess you could say I am. I’ve never been here before.”

 Luca nearly jumped himself, he had not mean to scare the blond like that. Though it was clear that this one was in fact just a traveler. With a small nod, he held out his right hand, offering a friendly handshake. 

 “I-I am sorry if I scared you... M-My name is Luca.. Luca Milda. It is nice to meet you.. I-If you like, I can give you a tour.” Luca offered kindly, and he did catch the slight stutter in the other’s voice. Was he nervous too? Or was is just how the other always spoke? He was not sure. Either way, Luca did not seem to mind it too much. After all, he had the tendency to stutter as well. 

 “Regnum is a-actually really peaceful... m-most of the time anyway..” That last part was muttered under his breath, and it was true, there was a time where it was not so nice for the boy, but that was in the past now. He did not need to worry about that... right?

Colette should have been looking where she was going. It was what led her to having accidents and the thoughts that would follow. She shook her head, blue orbs looked at the young boy.

“Oh no, it’s not your fault! I should have watched where I was going. I’m really sorry about that.” She spoke quickly as she gavehim a small smile. “These things happen to me all the time.”

 “D-Do not worry about it...” Luca forgave the girl rather easily and stood up slowly. He brushed himself off and held out a hand to her, offering to help her back up. “That kind of thing happens to me a lot too. I should have watched where I was going too.” Which was true, Luca was a little clumsy, but that was usually when there was a lot on his mind and he would not be paying attention to what was ahead of him because of it.

 “W-Well.. yes, maybe it is cheesy. But it is still true.” Luca chuckled light-heartedly as he scratched the back of his head. “A-And well, it is something I learned ersonally..” Lowering his arm slowly, vivid green eyes look towards sunset blue. “Though, I guess we never really did have a change to really introduce each other before. M-My name is Luca… Luca Milda. It is nice to meet you.”

          ❛ Uh-huh… ❜ He let that thought trail as he watched the kid ( for what else could he be called? ) about as carefully as he had responded. The words ‘not interested’ were almost blinding inside his mind, and he considered turning around and leaving the kid with a wave right then and there, but there was something just a bit too familiar for him to leave behind. Not yet, anyway.

               ❛ Luca, is it? Hnn. Look, if you know what’s best for yourself, you won’t go                out shouting things like that to total strangers. I mean, look at me: You didn’t                even ask for my name before spouting off about ‘thinking with your heart’ or                whatever. Imagine what other people might think. ❜

 “I-I was not shouting... Y-You just seemed like y-you were having a-a lot on your mind.. Th-That is all..” Luca pointed out, though his face went red with embarrassment regardless and his stuttering was a lot more obvious. Though, the guy did raise a good point. The boy did not even want to think what Iria or Spada would do, had he caught them off-guard like that. Probably tease them a lot and snap at him. Iria more than Spada. But aside from that...

 “A-And I thought you m-might have needed a little advice...” Luca added quietly, fidgeting with his hands a little.
