SoonHoon Soulmate Au: Different

Many say opposites attract, others even claim they balance each other out... but for Hoshi and Woozi... this didn’t seem like the case.

Summary: Call it karma or punsihment for something they did in the past life, even a malfuction! Cause clearly this whole dynamic wasn’t supposed to work! They’re soulmates! They should be in love!... but really, they’re just different.

Their relationship wasn't like the usual soulmate relationship -where you instantly click with each other and all that

Rather, it was more reserved and controlled

As if they weren't soulmates at all and the only proof they were soulmates was the ying yang tattoo woozi had on his right wrist which hoshi mirrored in the same spot.

Hoshi respected the space woozi was asking for -he was also happy that the friends of hoshi turned into his mutuals with woozi (And same goes to woozi's friends with Hoshi)

But despite hoshi being very flexible with their relationship there was that one night where Hoshi just couldn't stand it anymore

The sight of Dk being able to have skinship or even Woozi subtly playing around with jeonghan - it really bothered Hoshi

‘how come I can't do that?’ hoshi thought,  sitting across his partner he frowned as Jeonghan continued to lay on woozi's head for support and woozi not minding

“excuse me for a bit” Hoshi then whispered to Jun who nodded getting a hint of what he was feeling from the tone of his voice

and believe it of not Woozi felt a spark the moment Hoshi locked eyes with him before he left headed for the exit of the bar

Though he was fazed it was like second nature to get up and follow after Hoshi

“H-hey, are you okay?” Woozi stuttered against the cold night breez, joining Hoshi on the veranda or the bar they were at

“why would you care?” hoshi asked shakily as he miserably tried to hide his sniffles, as Woozi failed to give Hoshi an answer,  He decides just stay where he was looking down at Hoshi's balled figure outside the bar they went to.

“and don't you dare say it's because I'm your soulmate. This dam tattoo clearly doesn't prove anything, i mean we just got the same symbol on our body, it doesnt have to mean there's anything between us does it?” Hoshi spat letting all his bottled up emotions out once and for all

“you don't want me anyways.”

Hearing this come from the lips of Hoshi woozi felt completely sober, the music and bustling crowd mute behind his thumping heart

Woozi wanted to yell at hoshi for thinking that he didn't want him around

Woozi wanted to get mad, but he couldn't

He knew that whatever Hoshi was feeling was valid, all he ever did was act cold or push Hoshi away whenever Hoshi would reach out to him

Just like that time when Hoshi stayed up with woozi when he had to study for finals

When Hoshi would care to look back at him after each joke just to check if he was enjoying it as much as the others

Or when Hoshi would make sure Woozi wouldn't get left behind everytime their group would gather

All these little things- not once did woozi ask hoshi to do them, but he still did them anyways

And all woozi gave in return was the coldest treatment on the planet

"you know, i don't really hate you...we’re just too different.”

Amber Liu (Fx): What took you so long?! [Valentines]

A/n: Yo this goes out to everyone who doesn’t have a valentine! (I didn’t have one too despite not being singe :(( )

Pairing: Amber Liu x Reader || Girl x Girl

Summary: Feb 14, was the date you hated while everyone adored it. You were that one bitter person among the crowd of people who were in cloud nine. This year around you were more bitter than the last year despite having no reason behind it.

It was lunch time when your best friend screamed running over to you with a box of chocolates and a rose in hand. “Y/n-ah! I have a valentine!!” She screamed, excitement evident in her eyes. Despite the pang of anger in your chest you congratulated her and asked who popped the question. Once sat on your usual lunch spot by the field you started thinking about how you were the only one who didn’t get anything among your friends.

Despite proclaiming you were a strong independent woman you felt quite lonely and sad.

While your best friend talked about how cute their valentine was and you listening half heartedly, another student from your batch runs up to the two of you looking very panicked.

“Y/N! IT’S AMBER!” she yelled despite being a few steps away from you.

Once you heard Amber’s name you jumped out of your seat and the dark thoughts you had earlier was immediately replaced by alarms that rung amber was in danger.

“WHAT HAPPENED?!” You asked running to meet the petite girl.

She bent over and gasped out “at the gym” before you left her sprinting for the building.

Your school’s gym wasn’t anywhere near your building, but that didn’t stop you from sprinting in full speed. When the gym doors were in view you had no power left to stop yourself so you allowed yourself to crash into the doors as soft as you could (which was still pretty hard). Wincing at the impact you stopped a bit to grasp for air and prepare yourself for what you could encounter.

Taking a deep breath you pulled the doors open to reveal a dark and quiet gym. ‘Empty?’ You thought, but went in anyways.

“Yah! Amber if your playing tricks on me quit it. You know i hate these things” you yelled anticipating a response but your voice bouncing against the walls was the only response you got.

Walking into the gym, you felt more and more uncomfortable with each step. You wanted to turn around and run for the exit but it shut just before the huge projector for school programs started playing a video.

You noticed a number of familiar faces were on the said video and each were saying “hi”. This caught your whole attention. After they said hi you realized the familiar faces weren’t just owned by students, they were owned by your friends and some your mutuals with amber. In the video they then proceeded to answer a few questions after reading it on a paper they were holding. You chuckled at their innocent answers knowing their personality was exactly aligned with their answer.

You were laughing and taking note of who to tease with their answer but all that was forgotten when they started answering questions about you. The questions went from “so, how’d you meet y/n” to “what does y/n deserve?”. These caused you to listen very intently and you nearly bawled your eyes out by their answers until you froze entirely when a giggling amber flashed onto the screen.

Girl off screen: “yah! Answer the question already! How’d you meet y/n?”

Another laugh was heard from amber before she answered the question with a shy smile. “We met at the gym..” she started.

You smiled as the memory of that day flooded into your mind.

“It was funny since y/n didn’t know who i was that time and nearly caused me my very pretty face since she -“

“hit me with a volleyball” you whispered at the same time amber said it. The girl on the background reacted with an “yeah, i see y/n doing that. You’re annoying.” To tease.

After a few more question you were practically filled with butterflies as you sat on the chair you found halfway through the video. The part that caused you to turn a hot shade of red was when she answered the question “what does y/n deserve in a partner?”.

At this portion of the video Amber was serious and had no time to waste in answering the question. “Y/n deserves the best.” She starts off, “y/n does everything for everyone and would never allow anyone to experience feeling down or neglected which is why she deserves someone who’d treat her right every minute and every second of the day.” The sincerity in amber’s voice caused shivers to run down your spine. The girl off screen then asks a bonus question “what does y/n mean to you” a small smile falls on the lips of amber as she starts to speak.

“Y/n is the world to me... I wouldn’t allow anything to happen to her... i would make sure that she would feel safe and never afraid-“ the audio of the video started to get softer as a different voice took over.

“- you deserve to be treated well, to be taken care of because without you I wouldn’t be the person i am today...” you immediately looked to where the voice came from and an amber with messy hair and her hands behind her back stood under the makeshift spot light.

You wanted to scream and ask what the heck was she up to but your mouth betrayed you as you stood up and was slowly drawn towards her, walking the same pace as she did. By the time you met in the middle amber was showing off her pearl white smile as your heart beated against your chest.

“Yah, what’s all this” you finally asked her. “I just wanted to change your view on this day. I know there’s a reason behind you hating on valentines, and i wanted to be the reason why all that changed.” She shyly tells you.

She takes a few steps closer to you as you sucked a breath in. “Y/n, we’ve been friends for so long and you’ve seen me at my best and worst. I don’t like seeing you down nor do i like the fact a lot of people try to make you theirs.” She confessed, mumbling the last parts.

Getting a hit where this was going you couldn’t help but cover your mouth and widen your eyes.

“Which is why i wanted to ask you if you’d want to not only be my valentine but also my girlfriend?” She asked reaching a bouquet of sunflowers out to you. Your heart jumped in your chest as you stared at the grinning amber in disbelief. “YAH! What took you so long?!” You asked yelling, this caused Amber to jump and open her eyes. As she stuttered out a response you jumped towards her and enveloped her in a tight hug. “Of course i will.”

The bitterness and anger vanished from within you the moment you saw the video playing, and this was definitely the icing on top of the cake. Amber returned your hug and chuckled as she felt you jump when the confetti was released and the lights were opened. A number of your friends surrounded you in a circle and congratulated the both of you.

“As always, Amber melts the ice in y/n’s heart”

Meanie Soulmate Au: The Cat and the Puppy

How They Met

College Au (as well)

Mingyu was the type to always bounce off the wall 24/7.

Wonwoo on the other had preferred the silence of the library over anything else

These two people clearly have different sets of friends and seem to be part of a huge world; Until it wasn’t anymore.

The time Mingyu’s timer showed a bright shade of blue on his wrist, he was so ecstatic he didn’t spare a minute in telling his friends (especially his best bro S.coups)

Wonwoo on the other hand groaned as he saw the count down; due two weeks from now all he thought was, ‘I’ve got a test on that day’

Though both had different reactions towards this event. It was clear to their friends and to them, things were soon to change (even if some didn’t want it to)

The pair during the first week would obviously be consulting all the people they could talk to -friends, family, even siblings- especially those who already experienced it.

Wonwo would somehow be calm towards the end of the count down thinking, 'if the person is my soulmate then he’d accept my rejection’

Mingyu would surely be anxious compared to the past days thinking 'what if the person wouldn’t like me?’ and all that

On the day of their deadline, jeonghan along wonwoo’s other friends would lowkey try to convince him to give the guy a chance since wonwoo would surely turn the poor lad down even before they’d show wonwoo how much they feel for them

Mingyu would be a ball of toughts and be at his peak of clumsiness and could possibly hit a tree or a door due to his lack of concentration, even worry Hoshi and the rest of his gang

To distract his mind though, Mingyu would hide the timer under his blazer’s sleeve, while wonwoo would hang with his friends the more the numbers on his wrist decreased

Finally, Wonwoo would be seated with his usual bunch when Jeonghan’s and Woozi’s partners (S. Coups and Hoshi don’t hate me for this) joined them

As the bunch’s interaction uncharacteristically turned the taste of Wonwoo’s mouth sour - he’d usually not care- he decides to take a leave and retreat to the library for the rest of his free period

Mingyu would be on the way to the cafeteria. And slowly his busy mind turns dazed; blocking everything around him except one thought 'who the heck could this guy be?’

Though wonwoo doesn’t exactly know why, but he dashed to the library and well collided with another being which snapped him out of his bitter thoughts.

“ah sorry…” he murmured in the embrace of the guy he bumped into (who was a tad bigger than he was)

Mingyu was snaped out of his thoughts when another guy collided with him, but as soon as he saw his face.

Something rather lucid filled both of them and slowly they both looked at their wrists.
