I really wouldn’t want him as a brother- like ever, though.” he was kind of tired of new siblings- how many has the multiverse spat out at through being adopted and fosters into other families? 8. 9 including Amane. He really didn’t want that number to be 10. Especially the grumpy man who lived in his ring, the last thing he got from his bio dad. It was too important to care about that spirit in there. Even if he did try to excise him via toaster, and risked damage to it.

Well he hoped that hinder his chances at pizza. “Well anyways I wanna get a anchovy, pistachio, pineapple, 3 cheese, peanut-butter pizza.”

Ryou knew how much losing family would hurt. He wouldn’t do that, at least he didn’t believe he would.

“Then he should have thought about that before he threw away the last of my favorite pizza- and he did just to be mean! Because I was saving it for lunch!” That didn’t make sense. Not all. All fun games stop once pizza is involved. It was really important.

Ryou walks up with a big, stiff smile on his face. "Ry. What happened to the toaster?" (membratimryou)

“What toaster?” He played dumb- no he did put a magical ancient artifact made the souls and bodies of poeple in it and turn into  a dangerously cursed object…. that he burried in the backyard. Nope.

“No!!! If Brad dies I’ll die!” He darted after him. Yes the digital pets name was Brad. Tears started to form, he had Brad alive for the past two years. Two years of caring for the little guy. It was his fault the toaster went to the dark side, how was a boy to know? “And it is haunted! The toaster turned evil! I’m not lying!”

“You deliberately disobeyed me! We agreed you wouldn’t use kitchen appliances without my supervision! And whatever you did very clearly broke the toaster, haunted or not. I’m sorry. I told you what would happen if you did something like this and you did it anyways. If you can be good for two days, I’ll let you have Brad back. But effectively you’re grounded for two weeks.”

“but it is haunted!” Even the grass around where he buried the thing was dying... luckily it was in  a not to noticeable spot, in the back corner of the yard. “Haunted things are bad! Besides besides someone else was the last one to touch it not me!”

yea that intruder guy was the last to touch it.... He chewed his lip.... giving up at the bargain given to him. “At I at least out Brad in pause mode?”

“Ry… someone’s been getting into the house. Someone who wants to take you away from me. No matter what, do not leave. Okay? I’m letting you know now, because it concerns you.” He’d be devastated if Ry chose to leave with that arrogant fuck. “And it’s someone you know, someone you probably care about. I just… I don’t want to lose you. You’re so important to me. If they get in. Call for me or Kyden.”

He was confused... someone wanted to take him away? Why? For what reason? He say up, leaving his comfortable spot. “I don’t know who’d being do that... why would someone want me?”

He chewed on his lip. “but yea! I’ll call for you or Kyden.”

“Lets go get your teeth brushed again and get you back into bed.” He smiled, picking him up again. “You’re lucky you didn’t wake Kyden. I’d be mad if she woke up, you know how hard it is to put her back to sleep.”

Ryou carried him up to the bathroom to clean his teeth and then happily tucked him back into bed, leaving the notebook on the side table with a pencil. “Get some sleep, I’ll see you in the morning, love.”

Well brushing his teeth did mean bubble gum flavored tooth paste- because mint is the most evil thing in existence. So it wasn’t a complete loss to habe to do that again.

He snuggled him self into  a comfy position on his bed.  “Okay, Good night... and I am sorry.”
