My top favorite beauties and beasts. The black and white pannel is from Megan Kearney’s wonderful webcomic Beauty and the Beast - it really worth to read it, because it’s better developed and deeper than Disney movie (which I’ll love forever).   Her art doesn’t belong to me, of course, but I don’t know how to contact her anymore.

I’m still planning to redo this scene - but it’ll certainly lack comparing to this.

I didn’t knew much about Japanese weddings and less of how it was in lows villagers like Kaede’s during the feudal Era, but this is how I always pictured it. I tried to make Kagome’s kimono that looked pretty but it had to look very simple at the same time because the wedding would take place in a village. As for Inuyasha… well clearly he is not the kind of guy who would use a wedding kimono. Unless he is forced by others and to please Kagome.xD Only their friends would be present of course Because it takes after the end of the series. I decided to add Miroku and Sango children. Since their names were never told, I liked the names Nanami (green kimono girl), Nozomi (pink kimono girl) and Touya (boy) as their names. I’m not going to lie. I can’t say this pic is original because a few years ago I saw a pic of Inuyasha’s wedding with Kagome made by another artist. I don’t now who the artist was, so I’m giving credit to him/her because it was inspired by that artist. It’s not really my best pic, but I do hope you all enjoy it.
