Ok, mother of GOD that's a lot of responses and I am but one man with Excel. I'll update these ASAP but also some rules:

A Pokemon only counts for itself, not its evolution line.

A Pokemon with multiple forms (like Zygarde) will only be counted for the specified form. A Pokemon with multiple appearances (like Spinda, Vivillon, Sylvally, etc.) count for all their appearances.

I'm literally doing this as a testament to my own depression that not everyone is lovable, so add that to the weight of this post's meaning.

I very much do not agree with this.

I think it was a good call. Zeus is not a good guy, we know that from all of mythos. Some gods are better than others, but most of the gods suck.

But Zeus is probably the worst. I fully support this decision and it makes sense with how the show is going.

Is Zeus awful? Yes, absolutely! But if he is THIS awful, and tree-ified Thalia as a punishment, what reason could Thalia possibly have to stay on the Olympian's side? Why would she fight for her father if he condemned her?

It makes Zeus unnecessarily wicked, makes Thalia's future decisions in TTC EXTREMELY confusing, and ALSO makes Kronos actually seem not so bad/Luke seemed MORE justified -- Luke should be at least partially justifiable, sure, but making a change like this begs the question of why ANY character would continue siding with the Olympians after learning what happened to Thalia.

She DOESN'T fight for Zeus, though. She literally chooses to snuff him at the end of Book 3.

It very much does not make Kronos and Luke more justified, either. They claim to fight FOR demigods, but wanted to kill everyone who wanted to protect Camp Half-Blood. That's not 'justified', that's insane.

I've never seen the characters as siding with the Olympians. They side with their friends, the family they found in Camp Half-Blood, and that happens to force them to align with the gods in the process. But they don't fight FOR the gods.
