No no no bc we need to put some respect on this album and this man in the big nearly 2025–NEARLY 26!!!! Wake the fuck up to thematic consistency and intimate poetics…. Balancing the masculine vigor society demands of a “functional” man with the actual effort to clarify the depth of self-awareness!! Talk about a brave project and more than brave perhaps one of the most seamless integration of a variety of tones! This is a life and this is such a NORMAL life in extraordinary circumstances… sounds like a best of album… class is weird and vague and without even commenting on the vast role of race in the identity exploration on the album I have never heard a more ‘witnessing’ piece. Thanks JCole for keeping me real

The reaction to this plot point made me realize just how unserious and lost to irony this generation is. Unable to take anything seriously or sincerely engage with media, just mocking it for the sake of mocking.

Suppose you read that a child was made to accept a contract with the STD devil (obvious implications of exploitation and assault that need no explanation) and cannot "take that seriously" as so many people online claim (or whose reaction says that by proxy).
