Yall I started listening to this book called lights out and before you say anything, yes ik im late to the party 🗿 but i just got to chapter 12 and bro… WHY AM I SO INTO IT!!?? Usually I like more vanilla romance stories but I think this book has awakened something within me I never knew existed 😭

If I was in aly’s shoes I would 100% call the cops but after reading a couple chapters Josh got me kicking my feet and questioning some things about myself. I mean even though he’s sexy asf he’s so gentle, I mean he stocked up her fridge and bought her home security AND he shoveled her driveway🗿🤌🏽 honestly if a man did that for me I’m having his babies no questions asked.

And that’s not even the best part, josh is literally so funny😭 I don’t think I’ve genuinely laughed out loud so many times like a lunatic than I have just listening to this book.

Anywho even though I’m a little ways half way through Im really enjoying it so far! If yall have any recommendations plz let me know I’m trying to get into the dark romance genre 🙏🏽💕

the difference between Haymitch and Katniss's narration is so funny. Haymitch would give us everyone's social security number if he knew them, while Katniss wouldn't even tell us her mom's name.

If I had a nickel for every time I listened to a dark romance comedy audiobook which included in it's trigger warnings "Desecration of a body" and "Accidental Cannibalism" I'd have 2 nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice🤔

How do you read so many books?

kindle makes me read things much faster + i can carry it everywhere, so any 5 minutes i have to spare, i'll be reading! also, some genres are a bit easier to read
